Make Johnny Sins jobless again
Hello from Europe,
I’m 23 yo and want to change my life. 192 cm (6’35”) and 94 kg.
I need confidence. I need to put all the negativ thoughts out of my life. Stop being depressed. And that’s why I want to start with PE.
I will try to summarize/post my training sessions weekly.
My stats (measuring when 100 % erect, just before PONR):
BPEL 15,8 cm = 6.22 inches
BPFSL 16,5 cm = 6.5 inches
NBPEL 13,5 cm = 5.31 inches
EG Base 12,7 cm = 5 inches
EG Mid 12,3 cm = 4.84 inches
My next goals:
BPEL 17 cm = 6.69 inches
BPFSL 18 cm = 7.08 inches
NBPEL 14,5 cm = 5.5 inches
EG Base 13 cm = 5.11 inches
EG Mid 12,7 cm = 5 inches
My routine is going to be like following:
1. Warm up (5 minutes warm water)
2. Stretching in all directions (2 x 10 x 30 sec)
3. Low and mid Jelq (10 minutes)
4. Balooning
Any Tipps or improvements?
