||Main Routine||: 5 min warm up (rice sock), 5 min manual stretches (45 sec x straight, down, up, right, left), 5 min TOW stretches (45 sec x 5), 100 dry jelqs, 5 min warm down (rice sock), 100 kegels (sets of 10 throughout the day)

||Additional||: I also masturbate a few times a week, and after each time I do as many jelqs as I feel like. They are very intense and in the past they have significantly helped my erections.
