Maneros' Routine
When i started feb.2004 i only did jelq/kegels/stretch for around 15 min./day. i `ve been on/of of this routine since then.
At Jan 1 2008 i have a daily routine for 4 days/ week, a body workout weighlifting abs 25min. then a hot bath for 10min then my PE:s
with squeezes 15min, then a 30min hot bath. My goal is not more lenght, only girth some day i´m girth 6, but i do my PE:s mostly for have a fit and healthy manhood:)
