ManOfScience's Routine
Newbie routine:
1. 5 minutes hot wrap in heated wheat bag
2. 20 30-second stretches, a total of 5 each in the directions up, down, left and right
3. 30 minutes of jelq using skin lotion, 2-3 seconds per stroke, fluctuating erection level from 0 to around 50 %
4. 5 minutes hot wrap in heated wheat bag while doing 50 kegels of 5 seconds each

+ Harder erections, nicer orgasms, generally more flaccid hang and more elasticity. Now on a break to restart with a new routine.
