ManvsSelf's Routine
I take a shower at night and I follow that up with a 5 minute hot wrap to complete warm up. I gently massage my penis from base to tip, and follow that with some easy stretching. After that i proceed with 10 stretches of 30 second holds (2 per direction). After a bit of warming up I then move to 5-7 minutes of wet jelq. I follow that with 50 kegals of 2-3 second holds.
