MattDog's Routine

starting over the correct way 12/08/2007 - I am following the Newbie Routine now. I will work on this for 2 weeks and then incorporate using the bib hanger. 6/30/08 - Update, need a more intense routine so before bed I preheat 10 minutes with rice sock and then us my Bib hanger with 10lbs for 15 minutes, then heat again 10 minutes and commence manual stretches for 10 minutes. Sleep. Wake up hang again with Bib and instead of streches I wear light weights for as much of the day as possible. I am 3 days on and 2 days off. Will post new measurements soon.
