MeatheadNerd's Routine
I’m starting out with the newbie routine, slowly building up to 30 min jelqing over 6 weeks. I have a concept for PE that works well in the gym too. 6 week legs with a 1 or 2 weeks off. This way it doesn’t seem like an endless marathon, this allows for physical and mental recovery. When you start up again after your break you change your routine and you’ll discover new found vigor and motivation. Breaking it up into 6 week chunks makes the time go by faster and results seem to come quiker.
