Meet My Goal - 7x5

Second workout with new pump. I had to take a rest day yesterday. So hard not to do any PE but make myself rest. It had been three days in a row of PE.

Came back today. Warm up in hot shower.
Stretch for 8 minutes. Then into the pump
For 11 minutes at 5hg. Not quick pump up to 5, gradual over 2-3 minutes.

First time in pump, I marked it at 6.5” @ 5hg for length. That was a test fit / first time trying new cylinder.

First workout was the same, maybe a bit over that.

Today what put it over the top (6.75” @ 5hg) was getting aroused while in the pump. I’m at work, haven’t had sex or masturbated at all. Started thinking about the wife and looking at the pics and videos she occasionally sends me. That got it that extra 1/4”

This is my second workout and I just did the 11 minutes straight. Wondering if maybe I should break it up into two 6 minute sessions with a break between to do a re-warm up. I don’t have a good heat source here right now. So maybe I would use hot towel to warm it up halfway through.

Interesting, based on your post it sounds like you think girth may be more attainable than length. What do you think helps most with girth gaining?

LGHanger, do you have a recommended girth workout that would assist?

I’ve found most girth work I’ve done not “sticky”.

Not trying to hijack, I’m sure OP will benefit as much as the rest of us with recommendations.

I don’t know what to expect, or how it will go. But I will remain consistent and update as often as possible to keep everyone informed.

I didn’t realize my fat pad was so thick, despite me being pretty fit. I’m almost 7” BPEL, but only show 6”

I had to change my goal to more like 7.5” to even almost 8” BPEL to get my goal of NBPEL of 7”

So I still have about an inch to gain in length and half inch in girth to get to my first goal. Maybe less on girth because I’ve never gotten a good girth measurement. It always decreases erection by the time I wrap the measuring tape around.

The good think about the length increases is that I have hit that from two directions, decreasing fat pad and also PE. I’m eating a or better and even trying carb cycling. My low carb days I notice how the fat has decreased.

Same here. I have faster results while at low carbs and high fat diets.

One observation I have made so far while pumping is that on the day where I started my routine with 3g of citrulline (powder form) before I went into shower/stretch and pump, I easily hit 6 7/8” in the tube for length @ 5hg.

The next two days of my routine, I skipped taking the supplement. I found it a lot harder to get to that same length. I was hanging around 6 1/2”. I was able to almost force that extra 1/4” very briefly by getting aroused as much as I could, but it wasn’t as easy as that first day. Could be the citrulline, could be fatigue or other factors. Will test this next time. Although today is a rest day. Tomorrow I will test.

Another thing I have decided is that I don’t like having a 1” fat pad. Motivated me more to push harder in the gym and with diet. Today I did some HIIT workout
In the gym (beginner cardio style) and will also be stricter on my diet by eating mostly only protein and fats for today and tomorrow. High carb on Tuesday. And repeat that cycle, low low High. I don’t have a choice in what I eat much where I am at, to a degree. They prepare a lot of food for us, but not like I can go shopping for my own food. For three weeks on, three weeks off.

I will be adding my progress of decreasing fat pad as well here. 1” today. And maybe when I’m home from work, add in belly fat numbers too (with fat calipers) since I believe that will correlate into my fat pad also. But I will keep that brief unless someone wants to know more.

Day off yesterday. Today back at it. I hit 6-15/16” in the tube @ 7.5hg

I’m only counting measurements in the tube at 5hg, but during the last minute of my 20min pump, I bumped it up to see if I can get that extra 16th inch.

I wasn’t getting good length in tube for last two sessions and I think I figured out why. I don’t lube up my whole penis and my skin limits my length when I don’t. I read somewhere that you don’t want to let
your balls get sucked in, but my tube is perfect diameter and makes it quite difficult for that to happen. But it also doesn’t give me much room to stretch into the tube if I don’t lube it better at the base and allow some skin to come in. Today I felt the tightness and decided to stop, lube the base (without taking the pump fully off) and pump back up. That made a huge difference and felt like I was getting a better workout.

Can’t wait to be home soon. My program will be better, more heat, stretch and pump. I have an extender with a vac tip that I can even use for hanging. I like the idea of knowing the force I’m applying. But slow and steady. I would hate to lose any easy gains from getting over-conditioned. Or injured.

The other day I measured wrong and said I got 6 15/16” in the tube @ 5 hg. After looking at it again, It was actually 6 7/8” I got. Which is still great, my normal “good” length in the tube is 6 3/4” and my normal was 6 1/2”

Lots of numbers I know. But today my average was 6 3/4” pretty consistently with flashes of 6 7/8” as my erection level went back and forth. I was sensing that I could possibly get 7” today and I did. At the end, I got my erecting hard enough in the tube to reach that 7” mark. Right as I was coming in on the 20 minute mark (my limit). As I got that 7” @ 5hg in the tube, I held it for 15 seconds, and then increased pressure to 7.5hg and got a hair under 7 1/8” for 15 seconds and released.

Felt great and motivating to see those numbers.
Routine today was:
-5min warm up
-5min stretch all directions
-5min Jelq
-20 min pump at 5hg. Slow build to 5hg for first 5 minutes.

Fat pad is still at 1”
Diet is going okay. 2 low carb days followed by 1 high carb and 6 days a week in the gym.

Last thing. Where’s Odotsal???

Alright. So I’m home. No work for three weeks. I have heat, I have a vacuum extender, I have a pump with a gauge and I have time.

First I have to mention that it’s been about 8 weeks consistent program. And I believe there has been noticeable change in the bedroom with wife.

Today this is what it looked like:
5 - minutes heat lamp
5 - minutes extender down, low tension
5 - minutes extender up, medium tension to high
5 - minutes straight out and then down - high tension
5 - minutes pump @ 3-4hg
5 - minutes pump @ 5hg
3 - minutes direct heat
10 - minutes pump @ 5hg

Shower and warm down.

This took about an hour. I will probably do this 2 days on with the 3 third day being a just pump day for ten minutes. Tentative to PI’s.

I enjoy these workouts and look forward to them. I have to find a better heat source because my only hold up is standing in front of it through out my whole workout. Would like to just sit in a chair or something.

With lifting weights too, I do stuff I enjoy doing, certain exercises and lifts. There’s ups and downs with gains, but I still like to go to the gym and lift. Of course results are great and motivating also, point is, I like the almost hands free of it all. I did the newbie routine and thought it necessary for beginning, but long term, I would have lost motivation. With the pump, I like seeing how engorged it looks. With the extender, I like seeing the stretched length. This I can keep doing and hopefully keep seeing results.

Anyone have any advice on how I should break up my
Time in the cylinder?

My plan for today was to pump for 12.5 minutes during my regular session and then later in the day do another 12.5 minutes as a standalone exercise. Total time 25 minutes for the day.

I don’t know if that’s more productive or just going the whole 25 minutes all during the same routine. I was going 20 minutes in the cylinder all at once before I moved to 25.

Maybe 12.5 minutes in the pump at a time doesn’t sound like much, but next week it will be 15 minutes. Eventually 20 minutes for two sessions a day.

Great workout today.

1 hour in extender. 1/2 down - 1/2 up position. Heat. Had to stop and reset the vac head. Slips out slightly and loses tension. But overall, I felt good afterwards. Productive.

25 minutes in pump. Gradual increase to 5 hg. Another good session. Felt good and productive.

Girth looked really good coming out of tube so did a flaccid measurement. Was at 4.75” -

Still working on monitoring my length in tube. So much variances that can come into play. The most I’ve reached is 7-1/8” @ 5hg. I achieved this by fully pressing tube into bone and maximum arousal level.

Today I just focused on staying comfortable for the duration. 3-4 hg for more than half the 25 minute set.

At a comfortable non- aroused state and not pressing tube in, was at 6-5/8”. It’s good for me to know these numbers to make sure I’m not going to far and hindering growth. I noticed one day where I broke up my sets into a morning and night routine, that the next day I was shorter in the tube - 6-1/4”

Anyway. I will do an actual real measurement next Friday. I will figure out some standard to get a good measurement that I can duplicate every time and see how I’ve progressed since starting.

Today was supposed to be a test day. See where I’m at after about 10 weeks of consistent PE.

I’m going to do a better test on Monday, but still did a measurement today just to get a rough estimate. EQ is what’s holding me back from getting a good measurement. PI and EQ are great. Just not when I’m trying to measure. So I will take steps to try to get a good EQ measurement in a few days.

Today my rough estimates are 7” BPEL and 4.625 EG

I didn’t do any PE yesterday and today. Would have probably seen a little more girth had I pumped yesterday. I do notice my penis is more fuller. Seems a little fatter. In the bedroom, I notice my wife’s reaction during sex. I’m sure there’s been times where I did my routine and had sex afterwards where my EG was at least 4.75”

Anyway. Still going to continue doing what I’m doing. Heading back to work in a few days so my routine will be a little less than what I am doing now.

In the past my stats were a little greater when I was doing PE consistently. Pumping has been helping with better girth in the bedroom. My “test” for myself during sex to see if it’s a good girth day is wrapping my index and thumb fingers around mid-shaft and seeing where they meet. I done it quite a bit over the years to know what’s normal. Lately with the introduction of pumping, it’s definitely thicker. But I can only do it during sex, on my own if I try to get a measurement, I can’t get it that hard to measure. (I don’t watch porn to help with hardness). I don’t plan on measuring for awhile, maybe August when I get back home for a normal time off. But I can log a weekly progress just to update on keeping up with program while at work, EQ and if I reach one of my goals. The 7x5 immediate goal is a modest first goal. I am almost to this spot in my wife that drives her crazy when I reach it inside her, maybe just a 1/4-1/2” inch more would get me there, I like being able to put all of it in her. I don’t want to get to the point where it hurts her. With Girth, I would be happy with the 5” goal, but also wouldn’t mind more. Our girths are similar (I’m smaller). I’m in the same boat as you shooting for a 7x5in. Personally I really want to go all the way to the 5.5in EG spot.
