Second workout with new pump. I had to take a rest day yesterday. So hard not to do any PE but make myself rest. It had been three days in a row of PE.
Came back today. Warm up in hot shower.
Stretch for 8 minutes. Then into the pump
For 11 minutes at 5hg. Not quick pump up to 5, gradual over 2-3 minutes.
First time in pump, I marked it at 6.5” @ 5hg for length. That was a test fit / first time trying new cylinder.
First workout was the same, maybe a bit over that.
Today what put it over the top (6.75” @ 5hg) was getting aroused while in the pump. I’m at work, haven’t had sex or masturbated at all. Started thinking about the wife and looking at the pics and videos she occasionally sends me. That got it that extra 1/4”

This is my second workout and I just did the 11 minutes straight. Wondering if maybe I should break it up into two 6 minute sessions with a break between to do a re-warm up. I don’t have a good heat source here right now. So maybe I would use hot towel to warm it up halfway through.
