I CLOSE THE FINGERS ONE AT A TIME ON THE SECOND HAND, AND STILL OTHERS I GRAB THE ENTIRE SHAFT WITH MY WHOLE HAND. THERE ARE 2 SERIES OF THESE WITH 15 EACH, AND EACH LASTING 10 SECONDS.
I ALSO HOLD THE BASE FOR 20 SECONDS FULLY
ERECT, AND DO IT TWICE IN THE WORKOUT.
