Meliodas Stats and Routine Tracker
So I first go to know about PE in 2019. Did quite a few research on it. That time I got obsessed with PE. Mostly because I have always been tea insecure about my penis size. I have OCD and back then I was obsessed about it. Trying to just somehow be sure that I was average. I didn’t trust studies at all back then. I still don’t trust them completely tho. I believe there are certain bias that get ignored.
I was:
BPEL: 6.3”
NBPEL: 5.5” on avg. 5.7” at max EQ.
Girth: 5”
So with this obsession of mine, I started PE. Did mostly S2S for 2 months. No warmup etc. No heat. Just plain s2s
After 2 months I measured at 6.5” BPEL but same NBPEL. I might have just started to push the ruler harder. Or maybe I had this theory that Lig gain’s don’t result into NBPEL. They just shift your penis further down the pubic bone. And since pubic bone is angled inwards you get more space to push the ruler in. So you don’t actually gain.
But then I stumbled upon Kyrpa’s thread on steel cord. And realised I might have the infamous cord. Thought I was doomed and can’t gain and stopped PE.
Fast forward to now. I lost my virginity after that. Feel much more comfortable with my size now.
But I still have that obsession to hit 6” NBPEL.
So just forgetting about the steel cord and thinking let’s figure out on the way if it’s really a limiting factor for me and started again.
Starting Stats:
NBPEL: 5.45”. Rarely 5.6” at max EQ.
BPEL: 6.4”
MSEG: 5.15”
MY routine:
Tunic breakdown :
3 sets of v-jelqs 1 min each
3 sets of semi-erect bends 1 min each
5 sets of mod jelqs 30 sec each
30sec rest between each set
Followed by length:
3 sets of bundles BTC 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).
3 sets of bundles straight down 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).
3 sets of bundles straight out 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).
I am at day 5 of week 3.
Current Stats:
NBPEL: avg 5.6-5.7””. Max 5.8”. If I put the ruler at where the skin starts I get 5.9”(but I think this is cheating since I my skin goes in a little due to very tight ligaments at max EQ)
BPEL: Avg 6.53” Max: 6.73”
MSEG: Avg 5.15” Max 5.25”
NBPFSL: 5.8” Max 5.9”
BPFSL: Avg 6.77” Max 6.88 “
So I think I seem to gaining this time around. Let’s hope for the best. I hope I hit 6” NBPEL on avg soon.
So I’ve been suffering from low libido and ED during sex for a year. And excessive daytime sleepiness. To the point that I can’t focus or and struggle to keep my eyes open. Happens only when I am not using any device like phone or laptop. So following is my stack to improve it .
Supplements:
2000 IU Vit D/K2
1500 Vit b12 at night
L theanine 100 mg at night
25 mg zinc.
200 mg magnesium at night
Iron 100 mg
Tongkat Ali 100 mg( no effect on libido)
Creatine 5 mg
L citrulline 5 mg
Tadalafil 5 mg
Have gut issues also. Going to stop zinc and magnesium . Since they aren’t working and maybe negatively affecting libido.
