So I first go to know about PE in 2019. Did quite a few research on it. That time I got obsessed with PE. Mostly because I have always been tea insecure about my penis size. I have OCD and back then I was obsessed about it. Trying to just somehow be sure that I was average. I didn’t trust studies at all back then. I still don’t trust them completely tho. I believe there are certain bias that get ignored.

I was:
BPEL: 6.3”
NBPEL: 5.5” on avg. 5.7” at max EQ.
Girth: 5”

So with this obsession of mine, I started PE. Did mostly S2S for 2 months. No warmup etc. No heat. Just plain s2s

After 2 months I measured at 6.5” BPEL but same NBPEL. I might have just started to push the ruler harder. Or maybe I had this theory that Lig gain’s don’t result into NBPEL. They just shift your penis further down the pubic bone. And since pubic bone is angled inwards you get more space to push the ruler in. So you don’t actually gain.

But then I stumbled upon Kyrpa’s thread on steel cord. And realised I might have the infamous cord. Thought I was doomed and can’t gain and stopped PE.

Fast forward to now. I lost my virginity after that. Feel much more comfortable with my size now.

But I still have that obsession to hit 6” NBPEL.

So just forgetting about the steel cord and thinking let’s figure out on the way if it’s really a limiting factor for me and started again.

Starting Stats:
NBPEL: 5.45”. Rarely 5.6” at max EQ.
BPEL: 6.4”
MSEG: 5.15”

MY routine:
Tunic breakdown :
3 sets of v-jelqs 1 min each
3 sets of semi-erect bends 1 min each
5 sets of mod jelqs 30 sec each
30sec rest between each set

Followed by length:
3 sets of bundles BTC 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).

3 sets of bundles straight down 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).

3 sets of bundles straight out 2 min each(30s-1min heating pad and 1 min bundled A stretch before each set).

I am at day 5 of week 3.
Current Stats:
NBPEL: avg 5.6-5.7””. Max 5.8”. If I put the ruler at where the skin starts I get 5.9”(but I think this is cheating since I my skin goes in a little due to very tight ligaments at max EQ)
BPEL: Avg 6.53” Max: 6.73”
MSEG: Avg 5.15” Max 5.25”
NBPFSL: 5.8” Max 5.9”
BPFSL: Avg 6.77” Max 6.88 “

So I think I seem to gaining this time around. Let’s hope for the best. I hope I hit 6” NBPEL on avg soon.

So I’ve been suffering from low libido and ED during sex for a year. And excessive daytime sleepiness. To the point that I can’t focus or and struggle to keep my eyes open. Happens only when I am not using any device like phone or laptop. So following is my stack to improve it .

Supplements:
2000 IU Vit D/K2
1500 Vit b12 at night
L theanine 100 mg at night
25 mg zinc.
200 mg magnesium at night
Iron 100 mg
Tongkat Ali 100 mg( no effect on libido)
Creatine 5 mg
L citrulline 5 mg
Tadalafil 5 mg

Have gut issues also. Going to stop zinc and magnesium . Since they aren’t working and maybe negatively affecting libido.

Routine/Stats Update:
Week 4. Day 1.

So since past two days I was not feeling much of a stretch in either my cord or ligaments during straight out stretches. Making it bundled does cause some stress but not as much as BTC.

So I decided to replace third phase of my length routine I.e. 3 sets of (1 min A stretch + 2 min bundled straight out) with 3 sets of 3 min A stretch( 1 stretch I did in a bundled stretch fashion and 2 normal).

And I felt a much better stretch in my shaft and septum although there was no stretch in ligaments.

But I measured my BPFSL after the workout and I saw 17.9 cm. 0.3-0.4 cm more BPFSL post workout ( Although it was with pushing the ruler and stretching the dick really hard. But that’s what I did in my previous measurement, so I’ll keep measuring with full force for consistency ).

While with my usual routine, I never saw a difference in my pre and post BPFSL.

So I’ll update my routine to the one I did today.

Misc. Update: I masturbated today after my girth session. Since I almost had nightfall yesterday. If anyone’s reading my thread. Can they let me know how much masturbation frequency is ok? And what’s the right time like pre or post workout??

Health Update: Been seeing a noticeable improved in libido/gut after stopping Magnesium. I think I was taking too many supplements for no reason.

So new supplement routine:
1500 mcg B12(because I am deficient)
Ferrous ascorbate - 100 mg elemental iron(same because I am deficient)
L Theanine 100 mg for sleep
Tadalafil 5 mg(for EQ)

So today’s session was a bit disappointing.

I used moisturiser as a lube during girth work. So my grip wasn’t good during length routine. Which caused me to take more breaks within sets and a not so good stretch.

But the weird part is: My pre workout BPFSL was 18.2 cm and post workout was 17.2 cm.

So unlike yesterday today I saw a negative change in BPFSL after workout. It was like the steel cord got tighter.

I took rest last two days because I felt I was overtraining.

But I have a exciting update today;
So my IR pad arrived a few days ago. It was pretty big and difficult to wrap around the penis.

So I cut it short today and stapled it.
If it wasn’t for this big temperature touch screen. It would’ve been easier to wrap around it.

But this worked okayIsh as well. My infrared temperature gun would be arriving tomorrow. So I would be better able to measure the actual temperature.

But I got a >2.2% strain today for the first time ever. And my post BPFSL was 18.4 cm.
The only let down is I can’t do A stretches while simultaneously heating with FIR pad
But all in all, good session today.

yesterday strain was not optimal.

Pre BPFSL = 15.2 Post BPFSL = 15.5
Strain = 1.6

So last few days, I haven’t been getting a good strain. Not sure why. Maybe I’ve reached my septum’s limit? Or heat isn’t optimal? Not sure

But
Pre BPFSL: just past 18.5(with mid head) post BPFSL: 18.7(with mid head)
Strain:0.8%

But I guess at least my BPFSL is growing. I hope my measuring method is consistent. I have started to feel more sore during the workout. I think I’ll try to reduce the force a little.

NBFSL
I have been getting varied measurements.
Highest I got was around 18.9. With average being 18.7. And a few times I saw 16+ too(but I guess it was human error)

I’ll take the middle ground and say,
my nbfsl is 18.8 now.
