Start size: 6” NBPEL x 4.8215 EG
Schedule: 1 day on, 2 days off
Daily Session 1 (Morning):
a) PC exercises using Hand (ok sign) to clamp base. Repeat until PC gets tired
b) Manual Stretches straight down, 20 times 10 seconds each
Daily Session 2 (Evening):
a) Manual Stretches straight down, 20 times 10 seconds each

Measured today: 6.1875” NBPEL x 5 EG …. 6.625 BPEL
Schedule: 2 on 1 off, one session a day
a) 15-20 min manual stretches, minute each, no break. left, right, down
b) 100 x 3 second jelqs
c) PC exercises using Hand (ok sign) to clamp base and kegle and then hold. Repeat until PC gets tired
I won’t beleive it until i see some major improvements :) atleast 6.5, then i’ll start PE like crazy.

Ok so i have wasted 3.5 years not PEing and wasting my life when I coulda spend 3 years growing my dick and woulda had a huge one by now.
Its 3-4 years later and I’ve entered a bigger measurement. I am not sure why this is the case, either i was/is measuring wrong or i am a super fast gainer and that the two weeks of manual stretching that i did somewhere during these 3.5 years did be great wonders…dunno…who cares.
So now i dont really have time for all that jelqing and manual clamping but I want to start this thing up again. So what I decided to do is, I’ll just do manual stretching for 2 weeks, 2 on 1 off, for 10 mins total, 1 min down, left and right with 30 secods break. so basically 3 sets 3 min each, each set consists of 1 min stretch in 3 directions (down, left, right). After the first two weeks, for another two weeks, i’ll do same thing but every day with no beaks, we’ll see how that works… and after that i’ll do same thing two times a day and we’ll see. My initial goal is to get 7.0” NBP, if i reach that, i’ll switch to Jelquing and see what happens to EQ and Girth, if not much, i’ll stop jelquing and do a month of manual clampng and then clamping with a clamp, if that works after two months, i’ll do both manual stretching and clamping.
by the way, my measurements are NBP with a SUPER erection…meaning…such an erection lasts about 10seconds and then subsides… I think BP length is 7+6/16”.
My goal right now is 7.5” x 6.0” that would be more than i could hope for… if i could ever get 8x6, that would be so awesome…oh well, we’ll see…
