Mentality's progress
Hello everybody,
I became a member about four or five years ago when I had just started college. I saw minor progress at the beginning but eventually became too busy and had zero to none in terms of privacy so here I am back at square one. Modest gains in length and girth would be nice but I am primarily concerned with the overall health of my penis. I took up a yoga practice about five months ago and have seen incredible health benefits all around (strength, flexibility, vigor, focus, attitude, etc) and I figure some stretching could probably do my wiener some good as well.
Starting again with the beginner routine:
2/29/16:
10 min warm wrap
5 min stretching
10 min wet jelqing
