I take Blue-Green Algae and L-Arginine before every workout.

Before every PE workout I start with a regular workout at the gym or a long jog followed by a hot shower to warm up my penis.

500 Kegals (20 sets of 25)
10 Minutes of Manual Stretching
1 Minute break
10 minutes of Wet Jelqing
Wrap a warm towel around my penis for several minutes.

Extra:
Kegals at random intervals throughout the day
30 minute Fowfer Stretch in late afternoon
5 minutes Dry Jelqing before bed.
Abstain from masturbation as often as possible
