Take pills everyday at lunch and dinner (VigRX Plus)
Pump and jelqing/stretches/kegels are variable. Usually do jelqing/stretches/kegels on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays; usually pump Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.
Pump session:
15-20min continuously mid pressure (progressively rising) for warming up
20-30min continuously mid-high pressure (progressively rising and then trying to keep high pressure) for main part
after done get hard and use cock ring for arround 15-30min
Jelqing/Stretch/kegels session:
200 jelqs sitting
1min kegels isometric sitting
200 inverted jelqs (hands reversed) sitting
1min kegels isometric standing up
200 jelqs standing up
1min strong kegels sitting + 30sec kegels isometric sitting
100 jelqs + 100 inverted jelqs sitting
1min strong kegels standing up + 30sec kegels isometric standing up
200 jelqs in directions (pulling penis down (50), up (50), to each side (50))
1min fast kegels sitting + 30sec kegels isometric sitting
Stretching in directions (1min down, 1min up, 1min to each side, 1min forward)
1min fast kegels standing up + 30sec kegels isometric standing up
100 jelqs + 100 inverted jelqs standing up
1min fast kegels laying down + 1min strong kegels laying down
200 jelqs sitting
