Mike1978 Routine
I’m new to PE I have started 3 months ago and I have stuck with the newbie routine. I have gained 2 cm. In length nothing in girth. Girth is more important for me since that’s what my lady likes. My routine is 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I rest the rest of the days. I do about 20 min and the last 5 minutes I incorporate the horse squeeze which I have read works well for girth. I’m not very aggressive with my PE to avoid injuries. I have noticed the benefits of a hard cock. I’m 45 and I have been woken up in the middle of the night to my cock being very hard, and it stays that way for like 5 min!!
I will post periodically and stick with this routine unless anyone can give me some advice that is not aggressive in gaining girth. Thanks !!
