Modemmer's Routine
I hang in the morning two sets at 20 minutes each at 8 lbs. In the evenings I will hang till fatigued usually 3 sets at 20 minutes each starting at 10 to 13 lbs and reducing weight till final set. I will do this if not sore, and if I am then I will just manual stretch. My girth routine I do every other day and I start with 10 minute warm up. I then go to the cylinder for 5 minutes at 5 inches HG pressure. Then I will do 100 jelqs followed by 10 Horse 440 uli’s. I will do three sets of them. After the workout I will wear the ball zinger with the magnetic pad wraped around the tests. I also wear the ball zinger and magnum magnetic pad for most the day! Magnum can be found here…
