ModestoMan's Routine

6/14/05

Have returned to jelqing and stretching. I’ve been doing that for the past 2 months. Daily, at first, but less frequently now that I’ve started hanging again.

Began using a modified Captn’s Wench, the “Wenchette,” which is essentially a 1” wide Wench. I use a Turn-Key clamp instead of a Cable Clamp to tighten it down.

I can’t hang on a regular schedule, but I try to get at least 2 sets each day—sometimes more, sometimes none. My primary focus is to stretch the dorsal thickening of my tunica. I’m using high angles (10:00 and above) and often pull against a fulcrum placed on the dorsal side of my shaft. I try to alternately pull left and right.

Hang using lots of heat for first half of each set. 20 minute sets with 10-15 minute rest periods. 7-8 sets per day weekdays, 2 or so sets per day weekends. Gains up to 7” BPEL and 5.8 Girth were from manual exercises only—jelq, squeeze, stretch.

Switched to Bib Hanger around 9/2004 to add length. Progress with hanger is slow. I’m now at about 20# max, and I’m just beginning to see a change in appearance of my unit. Not certain this will translate to gains, but I’m hoping.
