In high school I discovered the vacuum pump, but never had much success with it (except temporary). I decided on my own that handling weight made send so I would peiodically hang a large quartz rock tied to some sort of string I had. I actually gained some length from that put it also caused a ‘thinner’ spot on my penis between the mid-shaft and the head. It is only visible when I am soft, though. I did some manual stretches off and on when I first discovered Thunder’s, and now I am on a steady routine. I take a shower once or twice a day. I turn the water pressure low (so hot water will last), and make it as hot as I can stand. With the water running over my penis, I stretch straight down for two minutes, straight out 2 min, between the cheeks four minutes, and straight up 2 min. I try to massage the ligs at the base whenever possible put it is uncomfortable and makes me loose my grip if I do it too much. Then I will jelq 100 times at about 1-2 seconds per jelq. After 100, I use edging to nearly orgasm then I grab the base hard and perform 4 X 30seconds squeezes paying close attention not to use too much pressure (it can hurt). Then I use a hair tie (scunci) doubled over as a cock ring at the base of my penis. Once I am semi-errect I do two minutes of folding my penis in half and squeezing as hard as I feel is safe (orange bend sort of). I may repeat this entire part after the stretching one or two more times. Alternatively, I will jelq for up to 600 reps (depending on time) and then do the squeezes and bends and leave out the edging. Sometimes I wll still edge after the 600 reps. I do just a couple minutes of stretching after I am mostly flaccid again, and then let the warm water run over me for a few minutes. Lately, I have been experimenting with cooling down. I can’t see how it can hurt as your body ‘cools down’ eventually on its own. So at the very end I will use pure cold water for a few minutes…ouch! Then I use the scunci as a cock ring again to keep it plump for about 30 minutes after I get out. It is very easy to get down when you cannot do your whole routine but it is important to do what you have time for. I pull on it for 1-2 minutes at a time whenever I have a chance throughout the day.
