More Girth and Less Curve

More Girth and Less Curve

Hello all! I will be using this thread to keep track of my progress. I have two goals here. First, I would like to fix the curve in my penis that was caused by peyronie’s disease. I began developing a curve to the left in my mid 20s which is now at a stable ~25 to 30 degree angle. This curve sometimes causes discomfort for both myself and my wife, so I am hoping to diminish it as much as possible. I would also like add 1 or 2 cm (0.4 - 0.8 in) of girth. I’m not sure how much girth I had before peyronies, but my shaft is visibly thinner now (especially at the point where it curves) and I would like to at least get back to where I was. My current measurements are 17.8 cm (~7 in) BPEL by 12 cm (~4.72 in) MSEG. 7 inches is plenty for my wife, so I would rather not add much length.

Last month I finally talked to a Urologist about my curved penis. We discussed several options, and I brought up traction therapy. He thought it was worth a shot to try traction therapy before considering more invasive options, so I ordered a traction penis extender online. I had already been doing the beginners routine for a few weeks, so I continued that until my device arrived. Now that my device has arrived my planned routine going forward is:

5+ hours per day in traction device
Soft clamping every other evening

I chose soft clamping because I find that it both leads to greater distention and is more comfortable than jelqing.
Thanks for reading!

Day 1 Log

Today I used the extension device for about 5.5 hours total. I first put it on a 8:30 AM and wore it until 1:00 with a 15 minute break in there to pee and re-adjust. I then put it on again at 9:00 PM and kept it on until 10:00 PM. I can really feel the stretch on the left side, but overall it was more comfortable than I thought it would be. Getting the thing on is kind of a pain though.

After taking the extender off I took a hot bath and then did two rounds of soft clamping for 10 minutes each. I plan to slowly ramp this up.

I assume that this extender is a suction, rather than a “noose” design? Otherwise you would have to take it off every 30-60 minutes.

You didn’t say how you got Peyronie’s, but from my own experience and research when you have already had it that shows that you are more susceptible for further injury, so you have to be very careful.

The other thing is that the extender will likely increase your length, as well as helping with curvature. After a few months a 1cm length increase is easily realistic.

Having used an extender for length and bend correction, I have mostly switched to manual stretches, which can be much more targeted, and the sessions much shorter. Basically I can’t wear an extender most of the time, could maybe manage 1-2h some days. I would recommend to look into manual stretches as a compliment to the extender. Just make sure that you always warm up :)

Hope that your routine goes well for you!

Thanks for the reply! How much bend correction were you able to achieve in what time frame?
I’m aware that I will likely see some length increase. I’m committed to use the extender for a while just because I’ve seen several studies that suggest it works. 1 cm would likely be fine, I just hope the bend corrects itself before I gain any more than that. I will look into manual stretches, but what I like about the extender is that I can just put it on and work from my computer. I work from home, so my lifestyle lends itself to using the extender.

From your signature it looks like you have gained 0.3” girth in a little less than a year. Are focusing mostly on length? I notice most girth gains I see are in the .25” - .5” range and I wonder if my goal of 2 cm (~0.79 in) girth gains is unrealistic.

Goal: 17.8 cm BPEL x 14 cm MSEG with no curve

Day 2 Log

Today I used the traction device for 5 hours. I did a one hour session in the morning and then 4 hour long sessions in the afternoon. Still feeling a nice stretch on the curved/indented side. I also decided to clamp for 10 minutes. Everything felt fine, but this evening my wife noticed a small burst capillary where my penis is indented from peyronies. That obviously seems like a bad sign so I think I should have stuck with my plan of only clamping every other day. From here on out I promise to take rest days!

I think I may have to back off on clamping until the burst capillary heals up. If anyone more experienced is reading this, what would you advise?

Hey Jorrosta, welcome to TP

Girth is statistically much more difficult than length. Takes more time… But most people eventually find a way to gain it.

Your question about the burst capillary comes down to some structural fundamentals. On the short side of your penis, you will naturally have more of a stretch than on your long side (when you stretch out your unit evenly, which I’m assuming you do). So this hollow side should be the limiting factor of your stretch. For most it seems best to be just below the intensity where you start to see this red dots/petechiae/burst capillaries. However if you’re not having any other issues, being at that intensity is usually fine. Just don’t increase

Good luck!

Day 3 Log

This morning my EQ was absolutely amazing. It felt almost as hard and thick as when I wear a cock ring. I haven’t had a nice erection like that in a long time. Hopefully it wasn’t just a coincidence and my EQ will continue to be this nice!

Thank you CrusherBrooks for the advice. I went ahead and reduced the tension a tiny bit today. I was out hiking most of the day and so only had time to wear the traction device for 4 hours. I did one ten minute set of clamping this evening. The burst capillary is already almost healed.

Days 4 and 5

3/11/2019 - 4 hours in traction device. Took a break from clamping.

3/12/2019 - 4 hours in traction device. Two ten minute sets of clamping.

My EQ have continued to be very good. I hadn’t intended on taking any measurements until the one month mark, but I had another erection almost as good as the one on 3/10/2019 and I decided to measure girth just for fun. I measured at 12.25 cm. That’s almost a tenth of an inch more than usual. In comparison I typically measure 13 cm with a cock ring on. Obviously it is too soon to be seeing true gains, but this improvement in EQ is much more that I expected to see so early!
