Routine:
The routine was built around what can fit into my schedule and privacy time and preference. I prefer dry jelqs because of the convenience, and I have enough skin to make it not really hurt to much.

Dry Jelq/Stretching: 3-4 times per day, in a two day on, one day off fashion. Start off with some light JAI stretching for warm up, then go into an over-handed OK(hand affinity depends on direction I am going), high intensity dry jelq that last 5-7 seconds each. During the jelq I use a tight grip that allows for stretching as well. At the end of the jelq I usually try to stretch a bit more. These are performed 5 times per set in the 5 positions, the up/down/right/left and straight out. I like doing this at 30-50% erection since it makes the stretching possible. Then I wrap with a silicon sleeve for about 1/2 hour to keep my flaccid penis from turtling to allow ample blood flow. Total Jelqs per day is about 100.

Kegels - as much as I can remember to do, a minimum of 100 squeezes per day, but to be honest I like the varied length squeezing techniques the best.

Ulis - I do this on rare occasions, but not on any specific timing. I think I may add them to the end of each of my sets, since I really like doing them.

JAI Stretching - Like the Kegels this is not something I am do per jelq session, but I will try to perform them whenever I have a bathroom break or feel like I have too much shrinkage
