Mr. Meaty's Routine

Well, I have found out the to much knowledge is a bad thing. So, I started with the Newibe (less is more) routine and then I found out that I have a “limiting factor” Buck’s Faciad. So, I started hanging 5lbs for 10-15minutes, over a fulcrum to perform an inverted V-stretch for 5 minutes then I perform the same movement but I “bundle” the penis to see if I can make gains. I use an IR lamp to warm up and also use it during the hanging. After my hanging I will do 100 dry jelqs, take off my wrap and then after about 30 minutes I will use my ADS. Wencehtte….”peg-leg” or go aroung the waist. I wear the ADS for as long as I can then rest for about an hour and the strap back in. I perform the Hanging w/Jelqs in the mornings and evenings. I will try this for a month and see if I have any gains.
