I’ve been a long time lurker and have employed the newbie routine infrequently over the last 5 years, but never enough to see real results.

I’m about two months in to newbie routine with dry jelqing and Penimaster Pro at 2-3 hours per day, with 2 on, 1 off.

I’ve grown comfortable with recognizing good stretches during workouts and avoiding pain, while feeling a relatively decent amount of soreness on my off day that goes away by my next workout day.

EQ has improved greatly, as has my stamina, and my lady has noticed a difference, which is an awesome confidence boost.

My current stats are pretty reasonable for above average and I’ve never had issues with satisfying a partner, but I’d like to add 1”-1.5” to my NBPEL, and .5”-1” girth across my shaft.

Mostly, I’m looking to have a healthier member as I’m into my late 20’s and am starting to take all exercise seriously across my life.

I will be updating with methods I find that work, and hopefully gains. Thank you to everyone on here who has contributed such great information!
