Got a one size fits all pump with a gauge a while back and have been doing some low pressure pumping based on how I feel that day. Between 10 and and 30 min sessions at ~.13ATM and .18ATM. I warm up with a Medium sized ThermiPAQ for 5 minutes, do 20 second stretches up down left right, then 5 straight out stretches. I have tried jelqing additionally as a warm up, but I get a full erection every 5-10 jelqs some days, and I have read about the dangers of erect jelqing on here so I don’t always jelq to warm up.
My length seems to stay the same post workout, but I measured just over 5” girth post pump. I hang longer and fuller during the day pretty much all day since I have been pumping for about a week now. I did the newbie routine regularly since my first post on this site.
I have ordered the LA Pump deluxe with a 9”x1.75” tube because my scrotum starts trying to suck into the 2.5” tube at any higher pressures. I don’t think ill ever need the 9” tube, but I remembered reading that the tube should be at least 2” longer than your unit, and my goal is to be 7x5 by December.
