Sawing the parts for the Tiger Trap didn’t go well. I don’t have adequate tools, they’re just not up to the job.

Actually quite a disappointment not being able to get it done; it left me feeling very dejected.

I ordered a new saw from eBay but I’m not sure about spending the money for a drill, at least not until I know I’m going to be able to cut the pieces I need.

Also I’ve been thinking I might just go with the cable clamps for this phase and see what kind of growth I can get with those alone.

I’ve been re-thinking my size goals, and it seems it might actually be that I don’t really need a tiger trap. The clamps might actually be sufficient.

I’m coming around to the idea that 5.5” girth is probably the sweet spot and while I had intended to disregard all thoughts of compatibility for sex (because sex just really isn’t a part of my life) and to just grow it for my own pleasure, I reach 6” girth through clamping & pumping and it doesn’t feel as good in my hand at 6” girth, so, it seems like 5.5” is where I’m going to draw the line.

I’m also thinking about moving to Macro-P phase soon, as I’ve been doing very intensive clamping and I do seem to have gained some girth (hoping it’s not just swelling). If I’ve exercised correctly, then, in accordance with IPR theory, I should gain more in the Macro-R phase.

I think I’ll carry on for another few sessions and then move to Macro-P.

Also, I’m going to be restricting my clamping to just base and mid-shaft, so as to hopefully even up my girth. Ideally Id like not to gain any more at the distal end of the shaft but I think I’ve already seen growth.

I’m going to wait another full day before clamping again and then see what the measurements are on Friday morning before clamping; see whether or not there’s a reduction in what I’m measuring.

Today I’ve been alternating between sustained Bronco stretching (minutes at a time) and Penimaster at close to full traction underneath an IR lamp.

I also clamped a bit to get measurement for the Tiger Trap; I’m hoping it hasn’t screwed up my rest phase.

I lost time to my failure in building a Tiger Trap which is regrettable, but things are still on track at least.

Measuring straight out of bed this morning:

Pinch Pulled BPFL was 8 3/16”

That’s 1/16” of an inch improvement on yesterday’s pre-exercise length.

I think I’m going to start measuring last thing at night also, but I doubt I’m going to be able to register anything beyond 8 2/8” at the end of the day, at least for a while.

In other words, I don’t think a day of PE will get an improvement on 8 2/8”. But it’ll be interesting to keep an eye on my over-night retraction rate.

I was hoping one or two sustained bronco stretches would maybe get me to 8 5/16” but no. I’m pretty much maxed out at 8 2/8” after the sustained Bronco. Moreover, I did a set in the Peimaster under heat, and then another two sustained broncos, and still no improvement.

As for girth:

Top of shaft has held at 5 & 7/16” (5.44”)

Mid shaft is down to 5 & 2/8”

I’m not going to do anything but Penimaster under IR and Sustained Broncos today and I’ll measure again first thing tomorrow, before any exercise, to see if those measurements remain stable. My instinct is that those are going to be my “Before” starting stats for girth work.

Once having measured tomorrow, I’ll clamp, with multiple clamps, stopping at the point that my mid-shaft begins to widen, so as to focus the stresses on mid-shaft. I’ll also do as many PEFF style cycles as I can with the Jabsco Little Pal before lymph starts to render it ineffective.

I’m going to try and get a measurable increase in gains using clamps. If that doesn’t work I’ll (hopefully; if I can get one built) switch to the Tiger Trap and see if that’ll get me measurable I-Phase gains.

If that fails, I’ll move to Macro-P phase anyway and then onto Macro-R and see if there’s any growth during the Macro-R phase. If not, then I’m not sure where to go from there.

I’m very much hoping I’ll achieve a measurable gain in the I-Phase, but it is possible that I’ve already achieved that gain for this cycle and just hadn’t noticed, due to the fact that this is the first time I’ve ever tried to accurately measure my girth for purposes of monitoring growth, and that I’ve only just been able to standardise my measuring procedure.

I need to look at Xeno’s posts on girth work again, I was hoping to do so when the Tiger Trap was ready, but at this point my memory on how many sets etc. over how many days etc., that I should be doing, has faded, but I’m pretty sure I should be getting close to when I should be transitioning to Macro-P phase.

I guess it’s a process, and the delay is helping me to standardise things and get a more reliable baseline for radial growth but I can’t say I didn’t wish that I could just get on with using the TT etc. to try and produce some results.

I’ve been alternating between Penimaster at near full tension and sets of 2 sustained bronco stretches, alternating overhand and underhand grip per 2 sets.

During the underhand grip sets I’m moving the thumb out of the way and gripping just with the palm and first & second finger to keep the shaft straight.

I’m measuring before and after every set and my pinch-pulled BPFL seems to be fluctuating between 8 & 2/8” and 8 & 3/8”

Happily I’m getting a consistent 8 & 2/8” pinch-pulled BPFL following exercise.

I’d obviously love to make the 8 & 3/8” consistent, but that’s the name of the game. I’m working towards that, and reassuring myself I’m cementing the 7.75” BPEL at the same time.

Obviously hoping to grow more, but if all I can do is cement. 7.75” by this time next year, I’ll take it.

The Penimaster sets under IR seem to be doing way more for measuring 8 & 3/8” than the sustained Broncos. If anything I fear the broncos might be causing a retraction.

At this point I’m really not sure what to think. I seem to be intermittently measuring 8 & 3/8” randomly.

I don’t know if I’m getting lig retraction (or indeed if lig retraction even happens; I think it might be a myth) or if I’m getting swelling in the glans from the restriction caused by the Penimaster; I just seem to be fluctuating.

Maybe I should just take the average and call it a post exercise 8 & 5/16”

At any rate, that seems to be the noise floor; to actually register more growth I basically need to exceed a pinch-pulled BPFL of 8 & 3/8” following exercise.

I’m probably not going to do any more Bronco’s today as I’ve reached a level of fatigue through my tunica where I can’t impart any more force due to the pain it’s causing. I think I might try and perform some newbie stretches following this Penimaster set, to see if I can bypass the fatigued areas of the shaft.

Immediately did a set of minute long stretch newbie stretches, expecting/hoping to still measure 8 3/8” but subsequently measured 8 & 2/8”.

Girth:

Top of shaft: 5 3/8” (that’s a reduction of 1/16”)

Mid shaft: 5 2/8”

These will be my baseline measurements for monitoring radial growth.



Just finished three sets of multi clamp clamping, and a (very) short period of Jabsco Little Pal PEFF style pumping.

I have to admit I’m loosing motivation a little. I’m going for the highest intensity clamping I can stand, and I have to say it’s beyond uncomfortable.

I’m going to call this last lot of experimentation with these tools and exercises phase one and take the next 7 days off.

Phase 2 will be 2 days in a row of girth work followed by another 7 day break.

I’ll do another 3 phases (for a total of 4); then I’ll move to Macro-P phase.

I’m going to try and spend a few hours every day over the next seven days in a Penimaster at close to full traction under IR.

I’ll also continue both the sustained bucking bronco stretches and the 60-second stretch newbie routine stretches.

The last two days I measured a pinch pulled BPFL of 8 2/8” straight out of bed but today, straight out of bed, I measured 8 1/8”. A couple of sets of sustained bucking broncos brought me back up to 8 & 2/8”.

My girth straight out of bed:

Top of shaft: 5 3/8”

Mid-shaft: 5 2/8”

I only really want one more 1/8” and am seriously considering just calling it here as I’m pretty much happy with my size at this point. I think it took all of this reading and buying all of this new PE gear to establish that I’m pretty much happy with what I have now.

The last couple of days I’ve been alternating between Penimaster under IR and stretching. Yesterday mainly 60 second newbie routine stretches. It might have been the lack of Bucking Broncos in yesterday’s routine that caused the retraction.

So far today I’ve performed 2 sets of Bucking Broncos and two sets of multiple clamp cable clamp clamping; I’m currently in the Penimaster under IR preparing for the third set.

I’ll try and keep this brief and succinct.

Almost certainly going to be a rest day, although I will keep an eye on things (I know I’ll be tempted to do another day like today and tomorrow if it feels like I can).

I’ve adapted my multi cable-clamp routine by attaching each clamp at a 90 degree rotation from the last, so that the ellipses formed by the clamps alternate laterally and longitudinally, to get extra torque into the process. I’m hoping this is going to increase the probability of getting a positive result.

I’m probably going to cut the bronco stretches entirely, because of the strain they cause to the dorsal surface & dorsal nerves. They’re so fatiguing as to potentially reduce the number/amount of other exercises I can do within the time-frame. Girth is currently my priority so, the Bronco stretches have to go. I’m hoping the jelqing should provide a boost to increase in length as well as girth…

…also hoping the jelqing will increase the strength of my erections. I want to try and focus on developing the vascular health of my penis.

Just did another 600 jelqs and two and a half to three minutes of dynamic pumping with the Jabsco Little Pal.

Now back in ADS (Penimaster).

Will definitely make tomorrow a rest day, so as to stick to the IPR programme.

2nd Micro-I Phase: 29th & 30th December (31st December, rest day)

Okay, so, the chaos continues…

I felt healed up enough to do another session today (a day earlier than scheduled).

600 Jelqs

6 sets of multi-clamp cable clamp clamping

followed by another 600 jelqs

then two to three minutes of dynamic pumping with a jabsco little pal.

I measured today and, unless I’ve just not given the lymph build-up etc. from the pumping enough time to subside, it seems I’ve gained 1/8”. At this point I’m going to start the Macro-P phase early.

I’ll keep measuring and see if the extra 1/8” remains permanent.

If IPR works for me I should also expect extra growth through the rest phase, so, I’ll continue to measure and report back in this thread.

Also beginning to think that I might stick with my current size. I don’t want to get so big that I can’t get head. :/
