Hey guys,

Today was my first PE session. I’m starting with the newbie routine just like pretty much everyone else. I measured a couple of days ago and my stats were:

BPEL: 7.75”
MSEG: 5.7” - 5.75”

Any other stats aren’t really important to me, because I’m already hanging at 5-6” x 5” when flaccid and more than that would only fill my Obviously Anatomax even more and I would have to order bigger ones.

My goals:
Overall: better EQ first and foremost
Short term: a consistent 8” x 5.75” would be great, I just want to break that 20cm barrier although I’m pretty damn close already
Realistic: 8.5” x 6”
My ultimate goal: 9” x 6.5”

My routine consisted of a 5 minute warmup and warm-down with a rice sock (although I still need to figure out the ideal time for which I should put it into the microwave), 5 minutes of stretching in different directions as well as BTC and then jelqing, which is what I’m still having problems with. I get hard really fast which means that I can either jelq with an 80% erection or I have to wait 30 seconds after every 5 jelqs for it to get down to 40% again. That’s why I didn’t really keep track of the amount of jelqs that I did. If anybody has some tips on preventing him from staying hard then I’d really appreciate it :)

I’m gonna try not to measure for at least a month or two to not get discouraged immediately.

I know what you mean about trying to get the rice sock temperature right, it’s either way too hot or not hot enough!

Welcome to TP and happy gains and great EQ wishes.

Regarding the rice sock: I’m using it too and consider it the best because deepest heating method, but I had similar temperature problems in the beginning.

I use a pure wool sock filled with roughly 500grams of rice (Vialone, if that matters :-) ). I nuke it at 800W for 1:30min. Then it will come out just a bit too hot.

And now comes the trick: to find out if it has cooled down enough I do no use my hands or cheeks or put it on my arm - I put it in my neck. I have by chance found out that my neck is as sensible to heat than my groin. So if I can bear it in my neck for 10-15 second without pain, I can as well sit on it and wrap it around my balls and dick up to the navel.

And to keep it warm for the warm-down after PE, I simply put it in a closed plastic box. Stays nicely warm for up to an hour.

Funny, because for me when it comes to jelqing it’s the exact opposite: either I’m 100% hard, either I loose my erection. I just can’t stay at 60-70%. When jelqing I loose it every 5 jelqs and I have to get to 100% again. It’s not ED, because I’m quick to get hard. I suppose jelqing just doesn’t make me horny at all.. :-)

Well, we’re both beginning. Guess we’re gonna figure it out!


BPEL: 6,8" MEG: 5,4" BPFSL: 7,2" (Started on August 2017)

What you can do is to learn Kegels.and when the dick starts to deflate do a Kegel and literally pump some blood to maintain the erection level.

Works for me at least.

For the opposite problem, to be always at 100% erection, I can’t say what to do. At age of 51, my problem is to maintain the level, not to keep it down :-)

But I am sure it’s a mental thing too to make the dick “understand” when it’s time for training and when it’s time for work (or play, I mean sex). Certainly a good thing is NOT to look at porn during PE.

Done with my session for today. Same routine as yesterday, I also tried edging but I came extremely fast so I’m not going to try that again anytime soon.

I also want to focus more on length than girth, so I’m still trying to figure out how and if I should change my routine because stretches are way easier for me to do than jelqing because I get hard really fast.

Take it easy with edging - this needs a lot of time to be built. You will learn a lot from your dick’s feedback and get to longer edging times in a couple of months.

Just keep trying - Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Rest day today, although I have to say that did a quick warmup and stretched for a bit. I’ve also noticed that my flaccid is already hanging lower. I’d guess that it’s more than 5 inches FL but I’m not gonna measure anything yet.

Just finished my session. I did my warm up with a bigger sock and it felt way better compared to the one I was using before. Same routine as always, but this time I couldn’t resist to measure. I know that measuring right after a session is wrong but seeing as it was about 8.1” BPEL showed me that my goal is definitely achievable, which is really motivating!

Done for today. I was able to edge for like 10 minutes but I’ve set myself a goal to not edge for at least a few weeks now.

I’ve also decided to throw my ruler away and buy a new one in three months because the temptation to measure is just too strong. I hope this will help.

It’s actually easier than you think. You simply back off before you think you’re going to release. It’s training your dick to understand that just because it feels good you’re not going to blow.

Done for today, edged for like 20 minutes, but I still need that extra bit of self-control, will work on that. Also I’ve noticed that my NBPEL is just above 7” so I guess that’s another reason to lose weight. I never would have thought that a forum about penis enlargement could convince me to change my diet :D
