MUST READ: My OLD gains and my NEW journey

I was suggested to make this thread and give my 2 cents to help others so here it goes..
Back in 2007-2008 when I was a younger adult who was beginning to actually get laid, I started becoming a bit self-conscious about my dick. I knew i was pretty much “close to average”, sitting at about 5.5 inches in length and 4.3 in girth, but it never felt that way to me, ESPECIALLY because I’m a tall man, roughly about 6 feet & 4 inches tall, with a strong build on me as well, so I felt like that made my dick look even shorter.
So I set out on my first deep dive into PE info on the web, made my account here, and started the basic newbie stuff, and eventually gained over an inch in length and a half inch in girth. Shit… I guess I’m actually an OG member here now that I think about it lol… but anyway…
Stick around til the end and I’ll tell you EXACTLY how I made my gains. But back to where I was in my story..
I had started doing only manuals. Good old Jelqs and stretches.
I always hated warming up the old fashioned way with hot rags and shit, because it was just plain inconvenient, so I would always warm up the same way you would in the gym, by just doing 5-10 minutes of very light jelqs or stretches. Not at an actual “working intensity” but just at a very light, but steadily increasing “warmup intensity”. Once I felt good to go I would begin the real workout.
I would stretch first (which is obviously better because you can stretch your dick out further if you havnt jelqed yet and made your dick fatter and more swole from the jelqs), and then I would jelq. I did this before showering, and I would go 2 days on, 1 day off. Eventually after roughly 7-8 months I was astonished to notice that my dick was actually looking bigger. Its hard to notice because its like watching grass grow, but after a while you really can tell. Even my girlfriend at the time commented that she thought I was a bit bigger than when we met. So I went to measure again and wow… I had gone from 5.5 BPEL and 4.3 EG to a whopping 7 BPEL and 4.8 EG (in inches).
I started to get really confident and my dating life got better and better. I was getting laid a lot more these days, and even though I kept up a bit of PE to try to “cement” my gains… I was certainly losing motivation. I was happy with my 7 inches BPEL. even though its more like 6.5 - 6.75 NBPEL, it was still fine for me.
Now on a side note - I was always able to get laid with my 5 inches of NBPEL, and very rarely had bad sex. Maybe with 1 out of every 5 or 6 girls I could tell that they would have been easier to please if I was rocking more dick, but even then they never said anything mean to me or hated our sex. Probably 80% of women would still orgasm, and just like me for me. As long as you can stimulate mer mind, her clit, be a strong man, and all that jazz, a girl will quickly forget about your dick size. ESPECIALLY if you can make her cum in any way shape or form, using your fingers, mouth, dick, or whatever.. I really hope that none of you younger guys ever keep yourselves from going for it with ladies. The worst thing you can do is to have this mentality “oh, I’ll just do PE for a year and THEN when my dick is ___inches I’ll try to get in more girls pants” …No… never do that. Contrary to porn you CAN easily have awesome sex with a girl with 5 inches or more. Now if you are at 4.5 or less, thats a little different, but I would still go for it, just do your PE in the meantime. Anyway I could go on and on about this stuff but thats a whole other type of thread.
Anyway…
With my new 7 inches BPEL I was quite happy. I kinda lost the fire for PE, and before I knew it, ten years had gone by, because I never felt I needed it anymore… My dick looked proportional to my body and didnt look funny walking around naked and flaccid with a girl, so I was good to go. I was never one of those guys who were unrealistic and unsatisfied with their dicks, always NEEDING bigger and bigger to fill the bottomless hole in my ego. I see some of you guys on here killing yourselves to get from 8 inches in length to something bigger. Hanging and wearing ADS and all types of shit, and I’m just like…. ….why? lol.. theres plenty of guys who actually NEED this PE stuff… but hey, thats your prerogative. If thats something you truly want then more power to you. To each their own.
So how EXACTLY did I gain a permanent 1.25 inches in length and half an inch in girth to boot?
Jelqs, bro…. Jelqs… the godfather of all PE exercises. The stuff that certain cultures have been doing for centuries. With all the new devices and techniques, etc etc… nothing will ever unseat the original exercise. I think we get distracted by all the new shiny options available and all the noise, and some people tend to look at the Jelq as the “beginners exercise”, or the “boring exercise that you eventually graduate away from”… WRONG. I still firmly believe that the Jelq, both wet and dry, is the grand daddy of them all. and I’m gonna share with you guy my PERSONAL opinion on…
the TOP 5 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO FOCUS ON in order to make GAINS:
1. 1000% Commitment
Sounds played out, I know… but when I started Jelqing and stretching, I wanted this shit. I NEEDED it. I went 2 days on 1 day off NO MATTER WHAT. I actually kept a little spot on my wall inside my closet where I made tally marks with a pencil to track how many sessions I had done. A lot of people want to think “oh man I’ve done a few weeks in a row now, maybe I will take a few extra rest days.” NO!…unless you are getting warning signs, stay 1000% committed!
2. Jelq or Stretch with the VISUALLY FOCUSED INTENTION of PURPOSELY making your dick LONGER (or thicker)
This one should be a no brainer also but I feel like most guys just “Jelq hard” but I disagree with this. Just like a bodybuilder who lifts with the visual intention of making that certain muscle grow, so must you when you Jelq or stretch. I actually still feel in my heart to this day that the 1.25 I gained in length was more-so from Jelqs than stretches. I would Jelq at about 70% erection with the FOCUSED INTENTION of ELONGATING my dick. Every single rep, I was focusing SPECIFICALLY on USING the Jelq to MAKE my dick get longer. And you gotta do the same thing with your stretches too. Just make sure you are paying close attention to this next rule…
3. INTENSITY
So many guys are afraid of busting the veins all apart in their dicks, but the dick is a pretty resilient little guy. Now DONT GET ME WRONG… you have to be patient! You have to listen to your penis. You have to increase the intensity very SLOWLY… but… you do need to increase it. You need to get to a point where you are actually forcing some changes to happen. As long as you have been patient, increased slowly, and you are not getting any pain or worrisome signs from your dick, then push the gas pedal a little bit. Jelq/Stretch a little harder, a little longer, maybe even add a day and go 3 on 1 off… regardless. I think the majority of guys who do PE for 2-3 years on here and report “0.5 inches gained maybe” are experiencing that because of this reason. DO NOT injure yourself. LISTEN to your dick. But if you got the green light… MAKE some changes happen.
4. Jelq by reps, not by time
I like to be able to analyze data and have some actual comparable figures to work with. Jelqing by “number of minutes” just makes no sense to me. You could jelq for 15 minutes today and just so happened to have done 100 jelqs, and jelq for 15 minutes tomorrow and end up only doing 85 jelqs, and you would never know the difference. Using nice, controlled, slow, intense reps allows you to know EXACTLY what percentages you are increasing by. I started at 50 reps for week one, then 60 reps week 2, 70 on week 3, and so on. Same goes for stretches. 20 stretches for ten seconds each, take it to 25 next week, and keep going. This way you have some EXACT data to work with.
5. Do NOT MEASURE OFTEN (and use BPEL when you do)
Its just a mental thing man… you work your ass off, doing your routine for a whole month straight, take some measurements, and bam… you havnt grown at all and now you just wanna quit. I would personally recommend only measuring every 16 weeks, but maybe every 12 could be the maximum. You gotta commit 1000% and just don’t worry about the measurement. Tell yourself:
“I’m gonna take this risk regardless. I’m gonna go 1000% percent for 6 full months no matter what, and then I’ll see where the chips fall then, but until then I am not letting anything distract me”. You’ll be surprised what some hard work and faith can do without obsessing over measuring every week. Just trust your commitment, and then hey…if you goo all out 1000% for 6 months, and measure, and you aint gained SHIT, well then you can feel bad, but at least you’ll never have to second guess whether or not you gave yourself a fair shot. Also… BPEL is the way to go. Its just the best for pure data, hands down, trying to measure on top of your fat pad is gonna be way less consistent and have way more room for variables. Its just not good. You can take both measurements if you want to, but BPEL is king.

I was happy with my gains for over a decade, but now I have decided, screw it… I’m gonna come back and chase that mythic 8x6 just for the fuck of it. But I’m not gonna play around. I’m really gonna go for it so.. I’ll keep you guys updated here, and in my other Elite-Hanger thread I started as well, but until then, feel free to fire off any questions. I know there’s guys here who have gained more than me, and I’m not saying my word is gospel, but I do believe in what I have said here. Hope to here from you guys, and lets get some freakin gains!!!
