My Dick Journey Starts Today

I’ve been concerned about my penis size for a long time, and when I say a long time, I mean it. Since I was a teenager, I avoided being around other guys in sports and similar activities because of it. Even though many sources say the average size is below mine, I still don’t feel like mine is adequate. This insecurity has affected my relationships. I’ve been with a few women, but not many, and I’ve tried hooking up with men since it seemed easier. Yes, I’ve had some one-night stands, but I’ve never gone back for a second time. Every guy I’ve been with had a larger size than mine. For the record, I’m the active partner when I’m with men.

Still, I prefer women, but they can be harsh about size, at least those I’ve found. Over time, I resigned myself to a life without hooking up with someone, and years passed with this mindset. Now, at 34, I’ve finally found a potential solution, a community dedicated to penis enlargement (PE) with records and proof that it actually works. I won’t dwell on why I didn’t find this earlier or wonder if I gave up too soon.

I know this isn’t an overnight fix, but I’m committed to doing what it takes: being consistent with the exercises and patient enough to avoid injury. I’m really motivated. I’ve read many posts here and seen the progress photos, which are incredibly encouraging. I still need to familiarize myself with some of the terms. So, here I go. If I’m missing something, please let me know. I won’t be uploading any pictures right now; I’ll wait until after the first three months.

I’ve only used the Pumper, but I haven’t been consistent with it. I restarted it three days ago after finding this site, using it for 20 minutes daily. Tod, I’m beginning the newbie exercises. Here are my current measurements:

- BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length): 15 cm
- BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length): 9.5 cm
- NBPEL (Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length): 14 cm
- NBPFSL (Non-Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length): 9 cm
- EG (Erect Girth): 12 cm
- FG (Flaccid Girth): 9.5 cm

This is the routine I’m starting with:

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch
10 minutes of dry jelqing
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes plumped bend
5 minutes Sadsak slinky
50 Kegels (five-second holds each)
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST.

In addition to this, I’m adding 20 minutes of pumping and using a penis extender. I’m also focusing on healthier habits like eating better, working out, meditating, doing yoga, visualizing, etc. I’ve already started these habits and have lost 9 kg (from 84 kg to 75 kg) in the past two months. For reference, I’m not that tall—I’m 167 cm.

I’m committed to making a drastic change in my life. I won’t be posting updates daily; in fact, my next post will be in three months after putting in some serious effort. However, I’ll continue reading posts on the site, learning how to improve, and drawing motivation from the success stories.

You need to keep a record of your measurements and work. As you collect data, it will help you find what methods work best for you. There’s an online logbook on the front page of the site that you can use from a web browser, or you can just keep a notebook or text file somewhere.

PE work only helps you sometimes. Better physical fitness will help you 24/7.

Most men want both, but aren’t willing to make more than a temporary effort, if they even start at all. Committing to and continuing the effort as a lifestyle change puts you in a very small group.

If you are interested in any recommendations about your routine, one thing I would recommend is to consider a bit more time with manual stretches (or plan to work your way up to more time with manual stretches as you get used to it), and then right afterwards use your extender (this is assuming you are doing low-tension/ long-duration extending). Most guys who gain length end up doing about 30 minutes of manual stretching per session.

Then later in the day, or on different days, do your girth work.

Many find that if they are going to do both elongation and girth work then doing all of one together is more effective than doing everything all at once. Not saying it is the only way to go, so see for yourself, but once the newbie gains slow down it might be a way to restart or accelerate them.

And just to reiterate what you’ve already said, whatever your personal perception, your starting size puts you at solidly at the upper end of average. So while enlarging is great and has all kinds of rewards, you really have nothing to be ashamed of.

I’m definitely going after both. I know it’s easier to say than to do, especially since I’m just starting this journey. But I’m confident that in a few years, I’ll be proud of the effort I put in.

I’m definitely following your recommendation and will adjust my routine today. As for the extender, I’m having some issues with it. I’ve only used it once, and not even for an hour. My penis felt numb, turned purple, and it was really hard to keep it attached to the glans. I’m looking for some videos to see if I’m using it correctly. In the meantime, I’ll stick to the routine (with your suggestions) and the pump.

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome. It feels a bit weird talking about this openly without any judgment. In my country, there’s this expectation that you have to have a big dick just because, like we’ve all been sexualized or something. The culture is really messed up, or maybe I just haven’t met the right people. I should probably take a closer look at my circle. Anyway, thanks again. I’d love to share some progress with you all in a few months. Looking forward to it.
