My Dick Journey Starts Today

I’ve been concerned about my penis size for a long time, and when I say a long time, I mean it. Since I was a teenager, I avoided being around other guys in sports and similar activities because of it. Even though many sources say the average size is below mine, I still don’t feel like mine is adequate. This insecurity has affected my relationships. I’ve been with a few women, but not many, and I’ve tried hooking up with men since it seemed easier. Yes, I’ve had some one-night stands, but I’ve never gone back for a second time. Every guy I’ve been with had a larger size than mine. For the record, I’m the active partner when I’m with men.
Still, I prefer women, but they can be harsh about size, at least those I’ve found. Over time, I resigned myself to a life without hooking up with someone, and years passed with this mindset. Now, at 34, I’ve finally found a potential solution, a community dedicated to penis enlargement (PE) with records and proof that it actually works. I won’t dwell on why I didn’t find this earlier or wonder if I gave up too soon.
I know this isn’t an overnight fix, but I’m committed to doing what it takes: being consistent with the exercises and patient enough to avoid injury. I’m really motivated. I’ve read many posts here and seen the progress photos, which are incredibly encouraging. I still need to familiarize myself with some of the terms. So, here I go. If I’m missing something, please let me know. I won’t be uploading any pictures right now; I’ll wait until after the first three months.
I’ve only used the Pumper, but I haven’t been consistent with it. I restarted it three days ago after finding this site, using it for 20 minutes daily. Tod, I’m beginning the newbie exercises. Here are my current measurements:
- BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length): 15 cm
- BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length): 9.5 cm
- NBPEL (Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length): 14 cm
- NBPFSL (Non-Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length): 9 cm
- EG (Erect Girth): 12 cm
- FG (Flaccid Girth): 9.5 cm
This is the routine I’m starting with:
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch
10 minutes of dry jelqing
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes plumped bend
5 minutes Sadsak slinky
50 Kegels (five-second holds each)
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST.
In addition to this, I’m adding 20 minutes of pumping and using a penis extender. I’m also focusing on healthier habits like eating better, working out, meditating, doing yoga, visualizing, etc. I’ve already started these habits and have lost 9 kg (from 84 kg to 75 kg) in the past two months. For reference, I’m not that tall—I’m 167 cm.
I’m committed to making a drastic change in my life. I won’t be posting updates daily; in fact, my next post will be in three months after putting in some serious effort. However, I’ll continue reading posts on the site, learning how to improve, and drawing motivation from the success stories.
