Couldn’t get a PM session. Wife got off work early and then had a migraine. So I couldn’t get privacy. Tomorrow should be a normal day of at least 60 minutes.

Week 6 Day 7

Day 6 I did no PE at all. Not by choice, just lack of privacy.

25minutes extending straight down. I ran out of privacy so I stayed in straight down angle because easier to cover up with a blanket rather then straight out looking like I’m popping a tent on the bed.

Glad to get some PE in this weekend. I also got a level training app. I find that if I’m following something, then I’m more inclined to keep at it. I’ve tried in the past and just gave up. This app has information, demonstrations, easy to follow routines and more. There is also a stats section where you can hold a kegel as long as you can and do it daily to see how your progressing. I got 30 seconds today. I think I could have gotten longer, but with weaker form.

Tomorrow starts my wife’s return to 8-5pm. I get about an hour and a half of uninterrupted PE time now. Should be really convenient going forward.

Week 7 Day 1

My first day with a decent amount of privacy. And also, I got my stealth coil in today. I was actually ordering a sleeve but decided at last minute to try the coil. More on that after….

4pm-5pm: Extending mostly SD with some SO the last 10minutes. Heat pad and NIR used the full time.

40 minutes I was at a comfortable 5lbs. I would have to periodically increase it back to 5lbs as I stretched out more and more. I then increased slowly to 7lbs over 10minutes. Last ten minutes I switched to SO position and finished it out by increasing to 8lbs at the end for a few minutes.

Took a break and then went into my new stealth coil. I used my vac cup and short sleeve to hold the coil in place. Little learning curve but I had it on in 3 minutes. I bunched it up wide and short so I could attach the vac head on my penis. Then I coiled it up tight and long. I did a quick measurement and it was keeping me at 61/2” long. I left it on for an hour while I cooked and did some small things around the house. One hour. It felt interesting because it has some weight. Felt like I got a good pull in different parts compared to the extender. I may do some more tonight. Just easy anti-turtling.

I did have a chance to have sex after my session. I had a 10/10 erection that seemed longer than normal. Increased sensation. Not sure what all attributed to that. But I really enjoyed the feelings more than I have in a while.

My BPFSL was 7 7/16” before and 7 5/8” after.

Week 7 Day 2

Week 7 Day 3&4

Yesterday day 3 I did no extending. Was pretty busy around the house. But I did wear my stealth coil for 2.5hrs. Felt pretty good stretch from that.

Kinda lazy weekend. I did get some PE in, but I took Saturday completely off. Sunday I got a workout in as well at trying actual hanging.

Pre PE was 7” - I only maxed out my hydro max for enough time to see how much I could measure before taking off at end of session.

I am more consistently getting 6 1/4” normal erections during sex. Previously it was 6” and sometimes even slightly less. Visually it does look longer, but not noticeably yet. With pelvic tilt, I can get 6 1/2” - but during sex, I’m not tilting my hips to try and look longer. lol. Currently I am getting another pump session that I plan on doing for 2 sets of 15minutes.

Week 10 And Injured.

Not a major injury. I got a water blister on my glands last Friday. Been off PE ever since. It seems to be healing okay. Kinda slow and I think that’s due to being uncircumcised, I can’t help let the skin roll over and allow it to dry out and heal. I keep washing and applying antibiotic ointment.

I’m pretty sure I got it due to high tension vac extending for too long per set at high tension and not a good enough break in between sets. I’m at a point I need to add more time to my daily routine and I was seeing if I could do 2 sets of 25 minutes. I only have about an hour of privacy so I rushed my break. My break, I usually get blood back in the penis, get a good erection and push blood to the head really well. I didn’t do that this time. Toward the end of my last set, I noticed a weird spot. Didn’t feel nothing during.

Going forward I am thinking about maybe doing my extending later in the evening. I would have to do it with my wife in the room. It’s probably time. She knows, but I never do my routine in front of her. She knows I pump too before sex. Might be a little awkward at first but probably get used to it. Probably will improve my program too so I don’t have to limit myself to timeframes. So two 20min sets at night is what I plan. We usually watch a tv season before bed, so that would be a perfect time.

As for my privacy hour, I think I may start on my girth program. More manual hand exercises. Jelqing, Ulis and the sort. I don’t need much more length. 1/4” to 1/2” would be find with me EL. I doubt I would stop gaining length if I did a moderate girth program as well, this is all subject to change, I may attempt 90 days of this and see where I’m at. First got to heal up.

Injury Healed, Girth Program Introduced

Friday was my first day back at PE. I did a light girth workout. About 30 minutes of jelqing, SSJ and Ulis. Really focusing on the expansion and pressure. I ended with a pumping session for 10minutes.

I did another light session Saturday. Girth only. Kinda the same as Friday. But I also came across the 5x5x3 program and found that to be pretty interesting.

Sunday I did the 5x5x3. Except I skipped the last pump session. Really felt it. I need to learn to feel for when enough is enough for that workout. That same night I found it hard to get an erection for sex. I woke up today with morning erection, but do feel the soreness. I am still working out the details of how I will incorporate this plan. I think i will extend today, and do just light jelqs for a short time after. I did lose some length from my week off. I took my EG and I was slightly below 5” - I didn’t measure after my workout.

Starting 5x5x3 Week 11

So starting Monday, I did the 5x5x3 girth program. These last few days have been impressive with the longer lasting thicker feel I get from this program.

Monday I did almost a complete 5x5x3 - with one moderate 20 minute extending set before. I think I needed to find the right pressure to perform the girth manuals, because Tuesday, my PI,s were bad during sex. I was able to do the girth only portion of the working on Tuesday and not even the full 5x5x3, but later that night, erection wasn’t there.

I kept at it Wednesday. I lightened the squeeze. Went slow and focused on the internal pressure I was creating. I didn’t finish the full workout this day either. I think I did more of a 5x5x2 - but I was able to get a good thick erection for sex. Normally when I pump, I get kinda soggy (best descriptive word I can think of) girth increase that lasts maybe an hour and I would say is almost all external; but after this workout I had a long lasting thickness that felt more internal and natural. Sex was good.

Thursday - performed the routine again. I the full 5x5x3 this time. I measured before and was at 4.9” EG - I measure between MS and the gland because that’s my thinnest part. Post workout I was 5.2” EG. I did my workout at 4pm-5pm. I had sex that night around 9pm and that thickness and also better erection quality was still there. I did add a cock ring after the workout for an hour too.

Today (Friday) I think I need a break. I might do one full set (5x5x1), But I can feel the soreness from yesterday.

I’ve been hesitant to add extending back in yet. That injury scared me into thinking I might just get another blister again and go through the healing process for another 10 days. I did not enjoy that at all.

Still Here

Still been extending. Ever since I got that blister I fell back and not been going as hard on length. I shifted to girth for a bit. Now back to length with some girth as well.

Dialed down the tension. I keep it at 7lbs for 15 minutes. Always watching to make sure no spots developing.

I’m sure my progressed was slowed down. I had gained a 1/4” before the injury.

I can get up to 6-1/2” erect length at max EQ. But that can fluctuate a lot. My erect length can be anywhere from 6” - 6.5”

I feel like if I want to have really noticeable results (visually) I need to get that range up to 6.5” to 7”

I’m also working on EQ and fat loss. Not easy, but working towards it. My fat pad is still taking up alot of that length. My BPEL is over 7”

Anyway, haven’t been posting lately but I will when I get some progress going. 6-1/2” is great progress, but still meant to increase that more.
