My journey, My Gratitude

Decided to contribute and share my experience and gains from PE after roughly 4.5 months of being a practitioner and primarily lurking here.

My intent is to contribute back to a place that has been instrumental in my positive/consistent journey, acknowledge my respect to all past and future contributors in this forum and perhaps point the way/help others along the way for whatever it’s worth.

I will try to keep my posts short and sweet and only provide information that I believe would be useful to others. This post will probably be one of the longest.

There’s margin of error and I wish I kept/keep better logs but that’s not my style, I don’t take pictures but have been measuring consistently BPFSL lately, the only starting measure I do have is a BPEL of roughly 5.9” and BEG at roughly 5” Which at the time the only one I cared for.

Since then and currently I’m hovering around 7” BPEL and 5.5 BEG, I do not measure erect measurements as much, as my focus has shifted to measuring pre and post workout BPFSL. At this moment sits around 7.3” BPFSL pre workout, girth haven’t measured in about a month or so, focusing on length; although my girth is improving alongside my length gains.

I am a 40 year old white Hispanic for reference, no ED issues, bit overweight. Was a grower/turtled up most of time, now I hang about 3 inches consistently throughout day. Found this forum when I was researching ways to prevent climaxing interestingly enough. Got intrigued, got hooked.

For the first month I wore an ADS for about 8 hours a day 6 days a week religiously, saw visual flaccid gains, didn’t measure out of wisdom from this forum.

Further in my research I realized that in the ADS clinical study, all participants had a substantial smaller girth of less than 5”, so I decided to include hanging 6 days a week at night for about an hour max alongside 6 to 8 hours ADS.

Settled on the FIRE method with vacuum hanging. Started with roughly 4lbs at max, over 8 weeks ended at about 6.5 pounds max.

I realize I skipped the manual newbie routine, but again due to this forum I have been able to evade any injury and I ALWAYS listen to my body. Although I must say my penis is very resilient, hope the same for all. I learned early to tape.

I got my newbie gains during that time period and ended somewhere around 6.8 BPEL. Over the last month or so I’ve switched to a combination of pumping and jelqing followed by an 1.5 hours or so worth of wearing an ADS down my leg with a knee strap with 30 minutes worth of heat with about maybe 5lbs of tension.

This is where I’m at now. I’ve seen and experienced consistent gains, and so my message is stay consistent, soak up this forum.

I welcome any positive intent inquiries if it means learning more for all of us.

Awesome! My gains are very similar to yours. Currently water pumping then immediately applying an extender. I stalled for a few months after my newbie gains, but it looks like I’m starting to creep forward again. Excited to hear more of your journey!

I shifted from hanging and daily long hours/lower tension ADS as I also was stalling. I did about a week long active decon then moved to a routine of 5 minutes water pumping, followed by 5 minutes slow jelqing another 5 minutes water pumping, then about 2 hours on an ADS with knee brace about 5 to 6 pounds of tension with about 45 minutes with heat in the middle. This has seemed to help me break plateau.

Today I did something a bit different as my unit seems well conditioned at this point. I air pumped at 15HG for 1 minute then edged for about two minutes, did ten rounds of this back and forth, then slapped my ADS for about 1.5 hours. My post BPSFL was hitting slightly over 7.5 inches, also flaccid hang was nice and thick.

What’s the transition from water pumping to air pumping like? From images I’ve seen, it looks like you get more expansion air pumping…

The transition will be seamless, water pumping for me was trickier than air pumping, air pumping for me is more convenient/straightforward, for both methods I found going in erect is best, both have their place. Water pumping for me is great for girth, for air pumping, if you buy the right cylinder size and pack the tube, is better for length.

I’m finding that I like to switch routines/ methods as it keeps me engaged and consistent, plus I feel again for me, it creates different forces on the penile tissue to keep consistent growth, kinda like muscle confusion theory.

So in retrospect, I hung FIRE 1 hour/8 hour low tension ADS for about 8 weeks saw gains slow down at the end of that cycle and switched to the pump/manual/ higher tension 1.5 hour ADS combo and I responded well to the switch of exercises.

One thing I still use is a wrapped heating pad throughout, makes sense and I’m gaining and see the immediate and long term difference.

I do prefer this cycle better as the 8 hour ADS was brutal and in hindsight, perhaps not the most efficient way to gains in terms of time/ benefit ratio.

I feel you Don, If I had to pick, air pumping is the better all around method for pumping for several reasons and I employ that method more than water.

In my experience water pumping just provides better girth stimulus versus air pumping, but it is more cumbersome to deal with.

My perception is that because water pumping is overhyped/marketed, it also gets extra hate as well, but it has its place - as a secondary even third practice to a regimen and for me to stimulate girth.

In my opinion some form of traction is best followed by some form of jelqing and ideally going back and forth.

Kinda like working with dough, I try to expand the tissue then massage it and back and forth.

I use any method of pumping as my expansion tool/method then use my hands to massage and/or really promote “cell division”, “plasticity”, “deformity”.

In my expansion phase I always use heat.
