Month 1 (Start):
Yesterday I started my PE Journey: ( I have goals but after reading a lot of post on the forums, I have decided not to put a time on my goals, but instead do it until I reach my goals. I am young (21 so I have time if it takes time).
I also believe this is the best way to achieve your goals, because everybody’s gains come at a different rate. Some it comes after only a month of doing PE and for others it takes a year or a couple of years. It all depends on genetics.
So the main focus is making sure I am doing the exercises correctly and not rushing the process. I wanted to start with the advanced exercises, but I had to swallow my pride and understand that I am not ready right now. Instead, I should start out light to condition
My Penis, and If I make gains continue until I don’t see anymore gains. After countless hours of doing my research and reading countless posts on this forum I have come up with a newbie routine, that I will try my first month. (It will be very light). If I make gains
I will continue, but If I don’t I will change things up as I see fit or ask the wonderful folks on this forum for help. Below you will see my Month 1 routine as well as any commentary that I might have on it.

My Current Measurement:
> BPEL: 5.875”
> EG: 5.125
Short term Goal:
> BPEL: 7”
> EG: 5.2
Long-term Goal (End of PE Journey):
> BPEL: 8”
> EG: 5.4
MONTH 1—- Routine (5 Days a week and 2 rest days on the weekends; alternate this biweekly with a split on and off)
1. Start Routine with a flaccid penis after a hot shower (my warm up)
—-> If no shower, will warm up with heat pad
2. Stretch (NO stretching the first 2 weeks) —- [Will start on NOV 23rd]
—-> I will only stretch twice a week
—-> one 30 second pull to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward).
3. Jelq 10 min Max ( To ease myself in; I will be very strict on this for the first month and will only change If I don’t see gains)
—-> 2-3 second strokes Min; toward last 30 seconds I’ll do 4-5 second strokes
—-> I will Jelq overhand
—-> I will not Jelq above 50%-60% reaction (main focus right now is length)
—-> 20 min every other day (OPTIONAL)
—-> Grip = will vary, not to light not to hard: Medium grip
4. 5 Kegels of five second holds each
5. (Optional) Warm down if session felt intense
THINGS I WILL ALSO DO TO SEE OF THEY WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
> I will try to get good sleep, minimum 7 hours (sleep is very critical to this process) I believe this is where all the gains take place. Some of the worlds greatest bodybuilders sleep for a minimum of 8 hours to let their body recover and grow.
> I will try (keyword “try”) not to masturbate just for the first month to see if it helps. It probably won’t make a difference but I just wanna try.
> Eat healthier (veggies)
I created this routine after countless hours of reading on the forums. I took tips and exercises from threads that had lots of backing and support from many senior members and created a program out of those routines and tips. Hence why I made it very detailed.
This routine may not work for me, but it may for someone else, so if someone does it and makes gains please feel free to post. Thank you guys and I will keep you guys updated. (Senior members and Moderators please feel free to let me know if I should change anything or any-tips that you might have)
