My Newb Progress
Thought I would force myself to occasionally check in and provide updates.. So this is my first post even though I’ve been doing newb routine for about 1.5 months.
Routine is now the following which provides me with positive PIs:
5 min warm towel warm up
Stretches 5 ways, 30 seconds (2 sets)
6-8 min wet jelq
Shower warm down for 5-10 min
2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.
Shame on me, I didn’t take great measurements when I started, but I was about:
BPEL: 5.5”
EG: 5”
I have measured today and I’m:
BPEL: 5.75”
EG: 5.1”
Pretty stoked, not sure if it’s measurement bias or not but I can say it does feel bigger and EQ has definitely improved.I’ve noticed that after a rest day EQ seems to come back stronger with a vengeance :)
I don’t have lofty goals compared to some here, 6.5 BPEL would be nice but I’d be happy with anything over 6 and girth anywhere from 5.25-5.5.
I’m very sexually active and typically go 5-6 times in a 7 hour period with a girl.. Just tested this two days ago lol.. So I’m being cautious not to lose that.
But seriously, thanks to everyone that contributes here! I’ll be checking in about once a week.
