I have been fully committed to the Newbie Routine since February 27, 2019. The only form of PE I have ever done before this was edging and light jelqing. Which worked well for a long time. My erections including during sex with my fiance suffered after porn dulled the physical stimulation.
After cutting porn down to very minimal use and performing the Newbie Routine. Only 5 weeks in and the effects are noticeable already. My erections are stronger and full length + girth. I last way longer in bed now and try to edge my fiance. She appreciates it.
While using a tailor tape measure I had measured 7 3/4” BPEL. I began watching porn and masturbating more. I believe it was edging too much and tiring the penis while still performing PE. Was causing me to have lack luster Erectile Qualities again. Will do research on the point system soon and give a score. However this length I believe is false and that I was slipping under the pubic bone. I started using my construction steel rule. I was measuring 7 1/4 in BPEL again, but suffering with low erectile qualities.
Cutting my porn use down and frequency of masturbation has improved my erectile qualities. Today’s routine:
5 minutes heat wrap
5 minutes manual stretching
20 minutes jelqing
20 minutes edging
70 kegels
Today with steel rule I measured 7 3/8 in BPEL.
Goal by next week increase manual stretching to 10 minutes.
