My PE Journey. Newbie

Hello everyone. A quick introduction. My name is Jack, father of three boys, and living in Oxford area UK with the boys and my wife.

I had always wanted a bigger penis, but after child birth, and being near to 40 now (37), I feel I want to try and achieve that big boy status. My wife is also doing kegels, as we noticed that it’s just not the same as it used to be down there.

I decided to introduce a silicon sleeve/extender the other week, and it kind of confirmed to both of us that in her case, bigger is better. That is not to say she can’t get fulfilment, but this extender made me 8 x 6, and her reaction was one I had never witnessed. Perhaps not the best idea for self confidence and all, but now I have a mission to grow mine to at least the size of that, or even bigger.

If anyone here can help me, I have a few newbie questions.

1. Should I only do jelqing for the first three months? (JP90 routine), or can I immediately start using an All Day Stretcher too?

2. I read that later on in life- ie in the 50’s plus, Jelqing could lead to issues.

3. Will the gland/head also grow with the penis lengthening/widening?, or are there things one can do for that too?

4. Based on the below stats and aim, do you think my target of 9x6 would be at all realistic over time if I keep changing and evolving techniques?

2nd Jan 2024 (Day one!)
BPEL- 17.2cm/6.75 inches
EG- 12.3cm/4.75 inches

Goal- 9 BPEL x6 EG!!

Encourage her to continue. Kegels have more benefits for her than just tightness. She’ll also progress faster at that than you will with PE.

Use the ADS as much as you can.

Well… kindasorta. Your usual newbie injuries (petechiae, mostly) heal more slowly as you get older, base EQ is lower, and often, the limit of tolerable PE before EQ drops from baseline is also lower.

Generally, glans size will continue to match girth. But not always. A lot of guys want a larger glans, and there have been many routines devised to do that, but increasing glans size seems to be A) rare and B) random. By all means target the glans if that’s what you want, just be aware that the effort may not pay off like shaft work.

Thanks @andyj for your helpful comments. Re the 50’s, I have read that doing PE at this age, can lead to problems when in the 50’s, as opposed to doing PE when in your 50’s if that makes sense?

I think that depends on your daily schedule. It’s like going to the gym, the time you spend is always worth it (as long as you have a good quality in what you do). Working on length before girth, during a day, is better since you are more flaccid then after a girth session.

I have a pretty busy schedule from 6 in the morning until at least 9 in the evening and have to split my 90-120 mins workout in shorter sessions. It seems to work for me anyway and I actually think it could be beneficial since I’m pulling my unit at least every third hour without letting it go back to original state. On the other hand, when I get the opportunity to stretch for 20 mins, then pump for another 15-20 and round off with jelqing for another 15-20 mins…that’s amazing!


Start (2023-09-14): BPEL 16.0 MEG 12.8

Now (2024-10-17): BPEL 18.7 MEG: 13.6

Goal: BPEL 20.3 MEG: 15.2

Thanks for the info, yes trying to find the time is definitely another factor isn’t it! Especially as the three kids are young, so at the moment I’d say I have the morning before work, but I could wear am ADS at work. I am a tiler (floor/walls). I was also wandering whether it would be problematic in the building trade as I’m sometimes on my knees/moving about a lot with the physical job.

Well, it hasn’t hurt me any. I was over 60 when I started.

You’ll definitely want an around-the-waist rig for the ADS. They’re almost entirely unaffected by position, as opposed to the leg and neck anchor types, which can pull hard enough to pull vacuum blisters if you get into the wrong position.

Thanks Andy for the around the waist tip. I have ordered the leg strap version via a site called "jelqtogain" and have just emailed the guy to see what he can suggest, so hoping not to buy the wrong thing. Would it ever be wise to wear the ADS at night? I guess possible issues with sleep/injury could occur too? Also I believe the idea is to do the manual work and then use the stretching device straight afterwards for maximum results, so if I used at night perhaps would need to make time available to do the jelqing stuff. Morning time before work was the original plan.

After you have a few months of experience with the ADS you can wear it at night as an ANS - All-Night Stretcher. A lot of people frown on that, with the idea that if something happens, you might have permanent damage before you woke up to deal with it.

I wear a Vacuum cup all night long, it feels great and get a nice size hang in the mornings. A 15min jelq session once I take it off, then a shower and put the ADS back on a gain throughout the day. Working great for me on Flacid size. Was alway Turtling throughout the day which was very disheartening.

Here in my 40’s and for me PE is for life now (for sure water pumping). I just got back after an 11-year stop. I had small gains early and I stopped for many years.

Jelqing is no problem all my gains were jelqing and ULIs, I think everyone should do newbie routine so that you can get to know your body more.

Start now: Buy a RED +NIR pad for fast warm up. Consider coconut oil ( I have many posts on that)
After 3 months: Jelqing and ULI’s (hand clamping)
After 3-6 months: Consider water pumping, it has produced the best EQ of my life.
After 6-9 months: Consider what everyone else does clamp, hang ,Ads - others will disagree with me to hold off on that and that is fine. This is my journey to make sure you know your body well.

Cock rings have been heaven-sent for me and wifey, she now says I have additional 2 cocks different cock ring variations.

@Jack "Goal- 9 BPEL x6 EG!!" - I don’t like goals, set objectives. You may be the few that can reach the +2 inch club you may be the few that grow nothing. What is important is that you understand that if you only grow a 1/4 inch in 4 years would you do it? 1/2 inch in Length and .25-.50 in girth for me and wifey has been heaven-sent. But a lot of work.

If you grow nothing, get strong EQ, have a great cum cocktail, being a multi-orgasmic man you would make your wifey more in heaven than the goals you have here. (google this: the-multi-orgasmic-man). Set some great starting objectives.

Have fun with the silicon sleeve! do it all but I don’t want you to get hurt in the process. This is the longest marathon of your life.

That’s great to hear about the flaccid gains. I’m sure that helps confidence generally too!

Erect length is only important when you’re having sex. Or showing off, I guess.

A big flaccid is something you can use every time you take a piss. And it builds confidence when you might get checked out at the urinal or locker room.

Some Progress

Hi all. So it’s been probably 6 months now after deciding to stop. I actually achieved around 12mm length gains, and pretty quickly, within around 5 weeks I’d say. So I went from around 6.75 roughly, to 7.25 (BPEL). I was very happy in the first 5 weeks, and then roughly 7 weeks after had plateaued. It was also a bit difficult with my wife thinking I’m nuts/trying to hide this from my 3 young boys somehow. Anyway, apart from a fee times where I felt concerned I’d pulled too hard etc, no damage seemed to happen, and today it seems I’m still around the same (haven’t measured though!). Anyhow, I thought I’d get back into it again now autumn is here, perhaps another 3 months stint again and see what happens. I began to accept me for who I was, which was actually very good, as was being insecure hence starting, but I’d still very much like to get a bigger one, and feel more "manly"/actually big so to speak. I tried clamping towards the end of the initial 3 months, but I will mainly focus on the length for now, as that seemed a lot more risky. I am pretty slim on the girth, around 13cm, so definitely want to improve that, but I’m no longer in this desperate hurry now, and understand that this is a process that takes time. Let’s see how the next few months turn out
