My progress log, from average to the moon
Hello hommies! I’m almost a month into my newbie routine (before it had been trying Angion Method) and this will be my post to check in anytime I can, sharing with you all my thoughts, and hopefully my gains :)
I started with a measurement of 13.5 cm BPEL x 11.5 EG. In a month and a half thanks to angion method I gained a centimeter or so, thanks to EQ improvement.
My newbie routine consists of 10 min of hot wrap, 3 sets of 5 stretches of 30s each, followed by 70 jelqs ( I find thats a good amount in order to get a good hang post PE) and finally 2 or 3 minutes of hot wrap. I do that 5 on 2 off.
In a week I will post new measurements, with photos and I will be posting measurements every month.
My goals for the 3 month mark are:
16 cm BPEL (1.2 cm more) x 12.5 cm EG (1 cm more)
After the newbie routine I might start focusing on length a little bit, until I arrive to a good length that would be 17 cm, then I will be starting to do more exercices girth-related.
My dream goal to finish this year would be:
17 cm BPEL x 13.5 cm EG
