My progress - Ryan
Hey guys
So, I’m complete new to this, and I’ve looked around a little to have some idea of whats going on and how it works.
My goal here is to just improve sexual health and perhaps get a little bigger. I’m not in much of a rush or panic about this, any improvement and I’ll be happy.
Stats:
BPEL: 7.5”
EG: 4.8”
Goal:
BPEL: 8.5”
EG: 5.5”
So, should I make my own routine? Or use a established one to begin with?
As an idea, would this work?
- 5 min warm up with hot towel
- 30 second stretch (up down left and right) repeat for 3 rounds
- 50 wet jelq (3 seconds each stroke)
- 50 kegals (approx 3 seconds each)
-5 min hot towel
Will probably switch it up after 6 months or so. Is there anything I should expect in the first few weeks or months?
Again, I’m a complete newbie to this, so any advice would be brilliant.
