Hey guys

So, I’m complete new to this, and I’ve looked around a little to have some idea of whats going on and how it works.

My goal here is to just improve sexual health and perhaps get a little bigger. I’m not in much of a rush or panic about this, any improvement and I’ll be happy.

Stats:
BPEL: 7.5”
EG: 4.8”

Goal:
BPEL: 8.5”
EG: 5.5”

So, should I make my own routine? Or use a established one to begin with?

As an idea, would this work?
- 5 min warm up with hot towel
- 30 second stretch (up down left and right) repeat for 3 rounds
- 50 wet jelq (3 seconds each stroke)
- 50 kegals (approx 3 seconds each)
-5 min hot towel

Will probably switch it up after 6 months or so. Is there anything I should expect in the first few weeks or months?

Again, I’m a complete newbie to this, so any advice would be brilliant.

Your routine looks great and should be enough for couple of weeks. Make sure to take plenty of rest days like 1 ON followed by 1 OFF.

Permanent measurable gains aren’t common that soon, but if they do happen, it is a bonus. You could be noticing improvements in hardness, indicator that usually happens on the first or second week in.

Best advice would be to stretch totally flaccid and jelq between 40 and 80% of erection, keeping each stroke at a minimum of 3 seconds.

Should I be worried about masturbation at all? I do it a lot, so would that impact my results?

I’m thinking of cutting down on the amount somehow, but I’m young (18) so its not exactly the easiest thing in the world ahah

Masturbation or sex shouldn’t affect PE results. Temporary decreased hardness and lazyness could happen depending on the grip and how many time you do it.

Would be great to not masturbate right before or after the PE session. Give at least 2 hours gap.

I have found that if I cut masturbate less (I already don’t get a lot of sex) then I see better results. It could be just me, but I try not to masturbate, but when the urge to cheat gets a little strong, then I do rub one out.

Well I do sometimes experience that temporary decrease in hardness, but I do masturbate alot. Minimum once a day, average is about 2-3 times a day. And occasionally a little more than that depending on whats going on. I don’t get much sex, but the plan is to change that soon.

Alright so, I’ve done a few PE sessions. Is there a specific feeling or sensation I’m supposed to feel by the end of it? Like during the stretching I can feel a gentle stretch at the base, which I’m assuming is the ligaments. But with the Jelqing, I get done with the 50 strokes, but I don’t feel much. A slight erection, but that’s all. Should I up the reps ?

Starting to supplement. Not sure if it will have much impact on PE, but I want to take them for other stuff anyway (gym etc).

1 multi vitamin
2 1000mg omega tablets
3 CLA pills twice a day (am/pm
3 ZMA pills before bed

ZMA has always helped me recover from other things, definitely recommended to anyone who’s interested to take it.

So its been a little over two weeks now (going off of my first post)

Upping the jelqing to 60 repetitions which will then be followed with 2 sets of 5 reps (or squeezes) of Uli’s.

Figured it’d be a good idea to start incorporating Uli’s gently. Will most likely remeasure at the end of the month to establish progress or not, not expecting anything massive, but we’ll see what happens

Quick overall update

I have done approximately 7 sessions (give or take)

My current routine is:
5 min hot towel
30 seconds stretch in each direction (up down left and right) for 3 rounds. I also kinda superset these with 10 seconds fire goat rolls
60 wet jelqs - Blood vessels on my penis I’ve noticed have gotten a little bigger
Uli’s 5 “squeezes” to inflate, I let it relax a small bit and then I repeat one more time. - First time doing it, noticed a temporary increase in girth.
5 min hot towel

I also kinda superset the stretches with fire goat rolls (think that’s what they’re called) where I roll my penis between my two flat hands as if you’re rolling dough into a cylinder or starting a friction fire with two sticks. I do that for 10 seconds after each round to help it relax a little more.

I plan on increasing the jelqing to 70 wet jelqs in another two weeks. Just want to gently push myself if I can feel like I can take it.

Also noticed that I might of measured myself wrong, say you’re looking down on it, I didn’t measure it from the top. I did it like an inch to the right and a little further down. Not quite to the right of it, but at that 45 degree angle. So my length may not be as accurate as I would have liked; realistically, its closer to 7” than 7.5”. It doesn’t help that all the rulers I have are either broken or don’t go above 6”. So will update this soon as I can accurately do so

Edging helps with healing and cementing in gains you might have made during your session. Having all that blood in your dick for that long really help with healing.
