Hey people,

I’ve been here for some time and I finally got the motivation to start PE. Actually, I first heard about jelqing when I was maybe 15 years old (I’m now 27).
I’ve been jelqing and using extender for over a month now and I can’t still believe it works. I just continuously think, that my measurements must be off or something! But it must work because otherwise, I wouldn’t get more length all the time (I’ve had roughly the same weight and body fat percentage all the time).

I have a picture here from my Excel workbook The y-axis show length/girth in centimeters. From the x-axis, you can see how many days have passed by. There’s clearly a time period when I wasn’t active regarding PE. I had steady growth at the beginning and after the pause, my gains were even better. I did a few things differently: After jelqing, I used an extender. Also, I managed to modify my extender that way, so that it’s more useful. I’m not going to debate, whether my gains would be the same even with the newbie routine. Might be or might be not.

In conclusion, I’ve gained 2 centimeters in length in a little under 1,5 months. Girth has been a bit slower, only 0,9 cm in that time. Although, I’m focusing more on the length first anyway, so that doesn’t matter.

I’m a very theoretical and skeptical person, as to how this can work. I work as a physicist so I know how to measure and calculate, but still, this is astonishing news for me and other men.

What I’ve learned so far, is that I have pretty fast gains. I’m not sure if EQ has any part in this because I normally have good EQ.
My routine is, that I use the extender a few timers per day for an hour (5 days a week). Then I jelq every day for 20-30 minutes and have rest days if I feel that way

My jelq routine is quite basic. Warm up first, then do low-intensity jelqs for 5-10 minutes. After that manual stretches for 5 minutes. Then I raise the intensity a bit and do some stretches in between when my lubricant dries out.
After jelqing, I use the extender for an hour or more if it feels fine.

I am in the same boat - skeptical but have experienced great gains in a very short period of time. It shows us that it is actually very possible to get your desired gains; realistically with a lot of patience. Good luck on your gains!

Finally starting to see new gains after long period of time with no gains at all.

I tried to jelg with same intensity and after that tried to raise intensity, but no gains. Decided to do couple weeks of deconditioning and even after that I had no success with jelging and using extender.

I changed things a bit. Made myself a DIY hanger and started to use that for few hours everyday. After two weeks I started to notice my unit is hanging lower. Not only that, but my flaccid lenght measured from the pubic bone is also starting to show signs of growth.

I’m just waiting for those gains to solidify to my erect gains. I know from personal experience that it will happen. I don’t know if anyone of you had experienced these “darker circles” around shaft? I got those when I started to PE and got my first real gains. There are now even more of those too.

After good hanging sessions I like to do this “girth routine”. I’ll just put cock ring and have sex or masturbate to really pump my unit with blood. Actually, I’m kind of hooked to that feeling it gives. Hopefully I’ll have lots of good gains from this routine. 20cm isn’t that far!
