My Progress tread
Hi everyone,
I have not been a very active poster on this forum but I have been an active reader .
I started my PE career about 2 years ago, but not very serious .
But now I have made my own PE room with a computer and a sofa, with some pulleys under the table so I can lay on the sofa while hanging.
So my routine will be hanging, than followed by some manual PE to get blood circulating.
I just started so I`m now at 2,2 pounds 20 min 4 set with 10 min rest.
Have ordered a 150w IR lamp to use before and under hanging except the last 10 minutes of the last set, that will be my cooldown
