My Progress
I’ve been on a routine now for a couple months or so, which involves around 100 jelqs in the shower, then heat for 10 mins, an hr of hanging with 5#, 10 mins heat, another hr same weight, followed by 10 more mins of heat. Haven’t been measuring, but I’ve gained a little length, guessing quarter inch or less. Biggest gain has been EQ. Fuller, more alive so to speak, stronger. More morning wood, which I never had, even as a kid. Right now I’m 6.5 bone pressed and 5 1/4 girth. Gains have stopped. Curious what some of the vets here can offer as what direction to go in from here, knowing all of us are different and it’s trial and error for each, your ideas based on experiences can help my confidence moving forward. And for purposes of this log, I started testosterone injections 2 weeks ago. Mine was a 167.
