Hello Thunder’s Place,

Longtime lurker, first-time poster etc.
I have come here to announce the beginning of my PE experiment.

Starting stats:
Late 20s, uncircumcised
NBPEL 5.9”
BPEL 6.6”
EG 4.7”

Goal: NBPEL 7.5, EG 5.5

I’ve taken some ‘pre’ pictures which I’ll post as comparisons if/when I make any significant gains..

I bought the TotalMan all inclusive package and am currently using the included vacuum hanger.
Focusing on length gains initially
In my case I have tight ligaments (?+- tunica), I am quite confident that this is the limiting factor in my size currently.

Week 1
Light jelqs & manual stretches
30 mins. One day on, one day off

Week 2-3
Manual stretches increasing intensity until at maximum force able to apply manually
40 mins. Two days on, one day off

Week 4
Manual stretches at maximum intensity
+unsuccessful attempts to use compression hanger
+semi-successful attempts to use vacuum hanger
40 mins two days on, one day off.

Week 5
15 minute warm up in shower (kegels, manual stretches)
Apply tape
Vacuum hanging (heat using rice-sock, gradually increasing weight and duration, up to 1h at up to 6lbs - mostly BTC but also some side stretches)
10 minutes warm-down in shower (tape removal, manual stretches, moisturise)
Two days on, one day off.

So far the main challenge I’ve found in PE, is of obtaining a purchase from which to apply force.
Quite quickly my grip/finger strength has become the limiting factor in manual stretches.
Vacuum is proving promising but, even with taping, swelling/oedema is an issue. Not really feeling anything that could be described as “lig fatigue” yet..

Next steps: I can probably go a bit higher in weight on my current hanger but I’m thinking I might need to buy a new one. Maybe LG hanger. Might start using an ADS on weekends. Might also give a different compression hanger a go at some point, could not figure out how work the Totalman one yet.

I got the hang of vacuum hanging eventually after another couple of week using more micropore tape wrapping and increasing weight. Up to about 4kg weight for 2-3x10 minute sessions per day. I found myself limited still though by edema, just under the corona of the glans and also the foreskin.
I continued doing semi erect manual stretches also limited by my grip strength.

My issue is having tough “dorsal thickening / lig” issues which I actually believe anatomically is just a tough and inelastic tunica albuginuea (rather than a “lig” or anything else more mysterious)
Aquiring the grip/or purchase on the penis to apply adequate stretch is the limiting factor in my routine.

I gave up after 6 months after not seeing any gains.

I’ve started again a few weeks ago, focusing on flaccid stretches, bit of vacuum hanging and some clamping.
Also going to look into finding or creating some kind of device to aide with grip to create purchase for greater stretching/hanging forces
