Gents,

I decided to just start a thread for my results - I have found this a good forum to share and ask questions, so ask or comment away.

I started with the Phallosan Forte on Oct 7 2022 and have been wearing for 10-12 hours daily with one day off each week
I started Jelqing and Bathmate Hydromax about a month later after finding this forum.
I am focusing on length now and plan to work in clamping and/or hanging later - I am planning to keep my current routine for 6 months and see how things progress.

My routine:
1. Phallosan forte at night while sleeping and round out the 12 hours through the following day
2. Bathmate Hydromax 7 for 3x 5 minute sessions (maxing at 6.75” now - maybe I’ll grow into the Hydromax 9?)
3. Jelqing 200x each day - coconut oil seems to work great for me

Might be too much for a newbie; but I feel great and listen to my body. I take additional days off if I feel sore.

Jan 5, 2023 - UPDATE

VERY PLEASED!! 1.25” Gain in 3 months and hoping for 1” in the next 3 months! Most gains in length and will continue to focus there until I have 8-8.5” I have clamps and a 10 lb weight set for the future. Right now, I plan to finish the 6 months of Phallosan Forte and then will expand into weights / heat as well as clamping for some better girth gains.

My routine:
1. Phallosan forte at night while sleeping and round out the 12 hours through the following day
2. Bathmate Hydromax 9 for 3x 5 minute sessions (maxing at 7.75” now)
3. Jelqing 200x each day - coconut oil seems to work great for me. Jelq after Bathmate and sometimes in the evening after a 15 minute air pump session.

I’ll post my 4 month gains soon, but I have found if I wear my extender for 12 hours straight, I see much better results than if I break it up during the day. Trying to incorporate a full 12 hour schedule daily instead of several times a day. Hope to see good results!

Great gains!! I’m a week in with the phallosan forte, wondering what tension setting you started with and/or currently use.

I did start in the green area on the Phallosan when I first began and I could also only go a few hours at a time. Put in the effort and listen to your little man; take a break, especially at the beginning. I did find that if I also placed my balls through the ring, it felt much more comfortable. I slowly worked my way up to yellow, but now I am able to keep it extended all the way in the red zone. I really didn’t see any results at the beginning, but this device really works. It just requires a lot of patience and stick with it. I have used the app to record all of my times and I eventually will put it all together in a spreadsheet along with my measurements. It’s amazing to see the flaccid gains after a 12 hour period in the device. I’m near my four month mark and excited to see the results at the end of six months. Oh, if you are also a week in, your will find that the sleeves do not last very long. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful. They want $30 for a replacement sleeve, but I have found better sleeves that last much longer on ebay and I buy several each month.

Thanks for the feedback and tips. Not gonna measure until I hit 60days with it, but sense that’s already working, patience is a virtue for sure with PEing in general.

I upped my time with the Phallosan for 13 hours a day - red zone 6.6 lbs tension. I don’t wear at night anymore, only during the day. I don’t sleep well with it on. I start the day with 3x 5 minute bathmate sessions followed by clamping for 10min. In the evening, I air pump for 10min followed by 10min of clamping. Not really feeling gains anymore; I think I’ve made all the beginner gains and will need to work hard and be patient to continue the marathon. My 4 month measurements will be in 2 weeks!

I’ve kept a log of all my work. It might be time to transition into hanging. I’ve been preparing for that, but I had hoped to complete the 6 months with my extender. I will measure at the 4 month mark. If I have hit a wall on gains, I will move on to hanging and trying something else. 13 hours a day in an extender is easy to do, but a huge commitment. I only notice a flaccid gain when I remove the device, but same flaccid measurements each morning :(

Vacation to Breckinridge next week to celebrate my 50th. Will start with hanging (vacuum and heat) after the vacation to start new growth. Stalled for now, so excited to start. I will do my last Phallosan measurements at the 4 month mark and take a break before hanging.

Start lighter than you’re using for the Phallosan and work up a little bit every day or two. Watch for petechiae or incipient blisters.

Even if you’re using the same Phallosan head unit for hanging, sometimes the difference in angle can cause a blister. I use a simple bell-and-sleeve unit and was hanging 4 pounds with no problem, but I got blisters with only 3/4 pound of tension with an around-the-waist ADS and the same bell.

Thanks - I plan to use 2lbs while I get the hang of things (pun intended). I’ll be using the Zen Hanger vacuum and weight set along with the TotalMan heater. Does everyone stand while hanging? It seems like the only way!

I measured this morning and came in at 7” BPEL. A disappointment from last month at 7.25” I did measure last month after a full day of Phallosan extension followed by a great jelqing session. This month I took a week long break and I also did not jelq or anything prior to measurement. I did receive my vacuum weight device today, so I will start that up in a week (after a much needed vacay to Breckinridge). As long as I don’t break anything while snowboarding 🏂

Some guys put their hipbones on the edge of a chair and slouch back, but they often report back pains from doing it.

One member used a wicker chair with a hole cut in it. You could probably saw a cut out of the front of a wooden chair and do the same.
