I would do this usually 5 days a week with a few rest days. I measured after 1 month and went from 6 1/4 to 6 1/2.
Routine Month 2:
Now stretching flaccid. Only recently added edging regularly. Doing routine every other day as its easier to maintain for me, especially in summer when I’m more busy.
Warm up 5-10 min with warming rice bag (best warm up tool in my opinion)
2 minute stretches 5 directions 1 set (stopped doing rotating stretch because I felt pain when doing it, but could’ve been because I was semi hard while stretching during month 1)
10 min jelqing (starting to do 15 min)
Warm up 5-10 min with rice bag
2 min stretches 5 directions 1 set
Edging 20-30 min with kegels (no cumming)
Measured last night while edging 6 3/4.
I can tell visually I’m getting bigger and my wife can too. Thankfully its working! My wife was sceptical and thought it wouldn’t work, so now I don’t feel stupid when doing PE in front of her, which can be awkward at first.
I haven’t measured girth, will soon. I have noticed my flaccid length is slowly getting bigger, seems like my erect length gains are more noticeable. EQ is amazing, and edging I feel like is helping me last longer and I’m in more control. I stopped masturbating to porn, only watch for edging and I don’t cum. My penis feels and looks big and swollen after my routine.
