I had never heard of PE until about a month and a half ago. I’m 32, and dam I wish I did this in high school! Privacy is no issue, I do my routine in front of my wife. She’ll suck on me to keep me semi hard during jelqing, and I’ll have sex with her just to edge (no cumming for me) and make her cum. She likes that! Anyways..

Supplements:

Routine month 1:
I started stretching semi hard (40%) until I learned I should be stretching flaccid.

Warm up for 5 min with warm towel
30 sec stretches 6 directions 4 sets
10 min jelq at 50% erection
Warm up for 5 min with warm towel
30 sec stretches 6 directions 4 sets

I would do this usually 5 days a week with a few rest days. I measured after 1 month and went from 6 1/4 to 6 1/2.

Routine Month 2:
Now stretching flaccid. Only recently added edging regularly. Doing routine every other day as its easier to maintain for me, especially in summer when I’m more busy.

Warm up 5-10 min with warming rice bag (best warm up tool in my opinion)

2 minute stretches 5 directions 1 set (stopped doing rotating stretch because I felt pain when doing it, but could’ve been because I was semi hard while stretching during month 1)

10 min jelqing (starting to do 15 min)

Warm up 5-10 min with rice bag

2 min stretches 5 directions 1 set

Edging 20-30 min with kegels (no cumming)

Measured last night while edging 6 3/4.

I can tell visually I’m getting bigger and my wife can too. Thankfully its working! My wife was sceptical and thought it wouldn’t work, so now I don’t feel stupid when doing PE in front of her, which can be awkward at first.

I haven’t measured girth, will soon. I have noticed my flaccid length is slowly getting bigger, seems like my erect length gains are more noticeable. EQ is amazing, and edging I feel like is helping me last longer and I’m in more control. I stopped masturbating to porn, only watch for edging and I don’t cum. My penis feels and looks big and swollen after my routine.

Try using constant heat. Space heater or heating pads work well. Stay safe and consistent.

Thanks for the reply and advice, I’ll try keeping constant heat while stretching.

Do you have a preference? Electric heating pad sounds like it would be the easiest to use while stretching.

I like a space heater the best.

I’m interested in trying fulcrum stretches. How many months of PE do I need before I try? If there is a recommended time. .

Update: Measured EG during edging yesterday, 5 1/16. Not sure how much of my initial gains can be credited to better EQ. Now my erections are hard like I’m a teen again.

I also began stretching while applying heat, I will continue this as well. Still doing PE every other day.

Great gains man!! I am two months in too ! PE feels good ! My only fear and concern is if I am doing too much jelq as I was trying to hit a 30 min mark as officially stated in the newbie routine. Also same for the stretch making my way up to 10 by week 6
This is my routine:
1. Warm up hot wrap 10-15 minutes

2. Stretch 30 sec , 6 directions 3 sets ( I add 15 seconds stretch each day)

3. Jelq for total of 25 minutes ( 3-4 min v jelq at the end ) ( I add 30 second jelq every day)

3. Warm down hot wrap 10-15 minutes

4. Kegel 5 minutes

I am on week 6 now .

I just started using heater today! Went good ! Will be using it everyday from now on.

I have not experienced any injuries , while or after PE . Never any feeling of discomfort . PE always goes good. Feels like my buddy had a good workout and that’s about it. Just concerned if I might be too much generally , personally I don’t feel pain or anything .

I have not really noticed penis getting bigger. Just EQ seems better but I really want that length , any suggestions would be heartily appreciated.

Only difference I see is I stretch twice and end with edging which I’ve heard is great for restoring blood flow and cementing gains. And I take supplements, not sure if they help! I edge but don’t cum, I’ve read not to cum within 3 hours before or after. Also, I don’t empty my bladder before, I’ve read that can help. Honestly, probably half of my gains are just from better EQ. But stick with it, I’ve read it can take months to see any results. Everyone gains different.

This week I started doing 2 on 1 off, instead of every other day. I also changed my stretching routine. Now doing 6 stretches 30 sec 4 sets, so same total time.

Jelqing 15 min then another warm up and 6 stretches 2 min each. Then edge for 20-30 min.

I feel like I was getting better results doing PE more than every other day, that’s why I switched. My flaccid length seems like it’s not as full as it was a month ago.

Still taking supplements as well.

Update:

Well today was my first day back doing PE. I was on vacation for a week and then just this and that came up. It’s been a about 2 weeks and I could tell haven’t been doing it.

Haven’t measured, maybe lost a bit. Will continue with my routine, as listed in last post, and check to see if I lost anything at end of week.

Exactly, I took it slow to start and didn’t injure myself.

It’s amazing how much healthier my unit feels now that I’m doing PE. And not doing it for 2 weeks, then after yesterday it reaffirmed it for me that I need to exercise my unit like I exercise at the gym, consistent.
