My training log bestialko
I have found PE few years ago, but my own inconsistency ale laziness has always stoped me from having any real results. It did, however, work on my EQ in such a drastic matter that it convinced me that it is indeed not a scam.
I started again as I have a new girlfriend now which is much more vaginal that the previous one and my EQ makes and huge difference for her experience. And also an extra inch would be incredibly nice.
I will start writing down my training sessions here and also measure a progress (if I ever find an consistent way of measuring)
I am starting really light because I have a tendency to go too hard too soon. I am also curently using vacum pump instead of jelqing as it is MUCH beter for my EQ and that is the first priority right now.
The session looks like this:
1. A 2 minute warmup using microwaved rice sock
2. Put on the pump, 1-2 minutes of progressively sucking out air followed by X minutes of just having it fully sucked out, and after that I slowly let the air back during 3 minutes.
3. Hand resistance kegels, I simply hold back the tugback by force of my hand which makes it much harder
I want to get to 10 minutes, then hold it there for a week or two, and then switch up my routine.
