Warm Up - Shower water
10 Minutes of Manual Stretching - Up, Down, Low Left, Low Right, Left, Right, Straight Out
15 Minutes of Dry Jelqing, Uli, Squeezes (all with Kegels)
Exit Shower
I only do the Dry Jelq portion once every few days, however I try to stretch daily. If I notice any soreness in the shaft or base the next day, I use that day as a rest day. I also try to stretch for an hour or so a couple of times per week…when Im reading long articles or watching a movie.
All of my EL measurements are done without bending my curve. I’m not going for total length, but more so distance away from my body.
