NB's Progress Report
Hi guys,
First of all, I have to say I have been amazed with the friendliness of this community. The vets seem to be very gentle and helpful to us impatient newbies.
I have been practicing PE for 2 weeks now, with a quite light routine. I’ve been taking things slowly, as I’m willing to make PE work but not up to a point where I could injure myself. My routine consists in :
- 10mn warmup
- 5x30s stretches
- 50 dry jelqs (6-8s strokes)
- 2 days on 1 day off
My penis responded well during the first week. My EQ has been a 10 for a while now, but it seemed heavier and girthier. Problem is, during the second week I started stretching my penis for 2-3 seconds at the end of each jelq, and added some more stretches at the end of my routine. Edging too compulsively too. My penis really did not seem to enjoy that, and has been turtling even more than it already does. My erect size doesn’t seem to have been affected, except for my anxiousness. I think mindset plays a huge role in this kind of things, which is something I’m trying to work on through meditation.
I’m starting this thread in order to stay consistent : I’m aware PE takes time. I will be taking a few days off, until my flaccid seems to get better. I’m really excited about being a part of this community.
My starting stats are : 6.9 inches BPEL (holding a strong kegel)- 6.5 NBPEL / 5-5.1 inches EG (at my thickest point)
I decided I won’t be measuring for at least two months, in order to stay focused on how my penis responds to the exercises, and on other aspects of my life. I don’t have any special size goals, other than getting my penis to grow.
