Need Advice

So I was doing PE for a while a couple years ago and I am currently getting back into it. This time I plan to be more active in the forums and be far more consistent. I am starting with the newbie routine again and will move on from there. I have a question though, that being said it may be more of an encouragement question but still would like insight. I’m currently around the 6 inch mark slightly above in length (non bone pressed) and about 4.8 in girth on an average erection. I want to be at least 7.5” in length but the goal is 8” flat and 6” in girth but at least 5.5” in girth.

Question basically is
1. Are these realistic goals to reach?
2. Do I need to get into hanging and the more serious PE or is Jelqing and stretching along with kegels enough to reach this goal.

I’m not clear on your length goal: is it 7.5 or 8?

Bonjour LeftStrokeRight!

If you put effort and be very consistent everything is possible.
My starting size 2014: BPEL 6.7” x 5.4”
6 years later mesures: BPEL 8.7” x 6.25”
NBPEL: 8.25”
Total gains: 2.05 inches in length - 0.85 in girth
But, a lot of work + 5000 hours extender.
DJ :-)

PS. Recommendation: start with smallest goal (0.5 inch) when you reach it…add new one.

my goal is 8inches in length but would be content with 7.5

Depending how consistent you are.

I went from 6.25” BPEL to 7.1” BPEL in almost 4months. I did newbie exercise with 5days on 2 days off. My EQ from start to now I would say 65-70% to literally rock hard 90-100%. I’ve been on Maintenance since June and planning to start back up again in December.

What exercises did you do that helped your EQ the most?

0.85 inch gain in 4 Months?
Since I have started P.E in 2014, I have never heard of such a fast gain.
Good for you Saeteezy..:-)

It’s all Kegels. I do 50 reps. 5 seconds 2 second off. On the last rep I hold it in as long as I can.

I’ve did try PE around 2015. I was on PEGym for about 6months. So I knew about conditioning and stuff. I also think eating healthy applies to it also. I’ve been eating healthy since I restarted P.E but I say it’s all EQ for me. I won’t know until I stop maintenance and continue my routine again.
