New guy reports

I’ve been reading about jelqing and stretching now and then for some years but never really tested it. I’m a confident guy and I’m not doing this for confidence I’m doing it because why not? Who wouldn’t like a bigger penis?

I’ve been doing JP’s 90 day beginner routine for the last week and I’ll try to stay consistent through the 90 days. I’m not telling my partner that I am doing this routine because she would tell me to stop. So any tips from you guys who do this is secret? Where and how do you exercise without your partner noticing (apart from growth)?

My starting stats:
BPEL: 16CM / 6.3 IN
MEG: 13CM / 5.11 IN

I’d like to be BPEL: 20CM but for now I’ll set 18CM as goal and MEG 14. I’d hope to reach these goals within this year if it’s possible. I’m trying to take it slow and not rush it to get injured. If I get enough courage I’ll get some pictures up here.

I will keep updating this thread every now and then with measurements.

Welcome. Hope you get good results. Its all about staying consistent. Best place to do it in secret is in the shower.

Welcome, Yamaam. Iā€™m just getting started here, too. Good luck with your goals.

Just a quick update I might need some tips. After doing the stretches and jelqs I feel a bit sore just below the glans and I think it feels sore because that’s where I hold while stretching. Is this normal or should I try changing my grip? I need to hold tight otherwise my penis will loose the good grip. Any advice?

I’m two weeks in now and just finished my OR workout. I took new measurements when done and will keep measuring every second week.

Today’s stats 13/01-18
BPEL : 16.5 cm / 6.49 in
MEG : 13 cm / 5.11

My routine for this week has been 2 days on 1 day off with 5-10min warm-up in bath tub, 5-10min manual stretching, 15 minutes if OK-grip jelqs and a hot shower for warmdown.

I wanted to add what supplements I intake.
I’ve ordered l-arginine which should be delivered any day also I do drink BCAA as I do a lot of weight lifting.

Would be better to measure yourself on a wider time gap, like 1 or 2 months.

Two weeks is insufficient to bump new gains or to your penis adaptate to the routine.

I don’t see the problem with measure every second week. I like to check things quite often to get a good graph of how everything is going. This is what I usually do it for weight loss or anything else.

I don’t think it would mess up my routine as I know I can’t expect to much after just two weeks.

Also is easy to get frustated by measuring so often, but this depends at the person’s state of mind.
