I’ve been visiting this site and others like it for a while, first post, though.
I started the newbie routine about six months ago, give or take a few days, not expecting any results but hey, I have a strange schedule and lots of free time, so why not give it a go?
Day 1: I measured, fully erect, at 5 & 1/4 inches with a girth of 3 & 1/2 inches. Nothing too small but at the same time I want that full, thick look.
Today: 7 inches even, fully erect, with a girth of just a hair under 4 & 1/2 inches.
I never measured in between the starting day and today, but needless to say I am absolutely floored at the results. I noticed my erections have been fuller, and one thing I implemented into the newbie routine that seems to have worked well for me is no-ejaculation masturbation sessions. Basically, I do the five minute warm-up, five-minute stretches, ten minutes of (wet) jelqing, and then I do a (wet) slow masturbation session for five minutes, not applying too much pressure but basically just “slicking” and getting the blood into the head of the penis, working myself up close to an orgasm but not releasing. After those five minutes, I do a five minute warm down, and waiting at least three hours before release-masturbation or sexual activity of any kind.
I am curious if I should stop or keep going, if I may experience further gains, etc. It’s become such a part of my daily life now that I don’t think I even want to stop, so maybe in another six months I’ll see what happens.
