Hi everyone, This is my first post. Just wanted to post my measurements since I started PE yesterday the right way!( sorry for my bad grammar I’m Puertorican).
I don’t know if this is the right place to post my started measurements, if this is not the place then please someone let me know.

Started measurements:

NBPEL 6.6
BPEL 7.5
EG 5.3

I’m doing the newbie routine but I have a question. Does is okay if I do Monday and Tuesday on and Wednesday off and Thursday and Friday on and Saturday and Sunday off ?

That sounds like a good starting schedule to me. Remember, you can always make changes as you get used to PE and see how things are progressing.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Welcome! Good stats to start with.

If I were you I would start with one on, one off so that you can asses for yourself if you need more time to get used to the damage as a beginner or not.

Rest days are when it grows, dont forget that.
I believe that we espescially damage our penises (in a good way) in the beginning.

Make sure to warm up beforehand. For us that live in tropical climate could be thinking that hotter ambient temperature makes the warm up unnecessary.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Hey PRdude, interestingly that’s the exact same schedule I’m working on, and I think it suits me. Just remember to feel for yourself, if your EQ goes down and you’re not feeling physically “up for it” on for example a Tuesday, don’t push yourself to do it just because its a schedule day; that’s how injuries happen. Be flexible and take that day off and work on the next instead. This may happen if you’ve been experimenting with other techniques anyway, for example Ulis (which I know a newbie shouldn’t do, but we both know the temptation is just too great for many! .including myself aha) That’s my advice anyway, and good luck!

Hey LightningZee thanks for the advice and yes I was doing some Ulis( it is a temptation and I was doing the Uli 3) when I started but I stop doing it so I can start the right way.

You’re welcome PRdude. While I can’t say “You’re new, don’t do Ulis!” because I actually do them myself sometimes, they really have been recommended only for more advanced PEers. Although I’m careful and pay close full attention, the thought of busting a vein or something scares the $#!^ out of me! You’re probably making the right move by stopping but feel free to message me in a month or something to see if I’ve either broken my dick or got some girth gain

Anyway, I did say “sometimes” and its been like 6 weeks of PEing, I’m pretty calm with them too so one or two focused and careful Ulis shouldn’t do too much harm, I think. “Think” being a keyword there. If I’m wrong then feel free to say “I told you so” when we meet in that forum aha
