Newbie Progress report

So I’ve been lurking for quite a while now and have decided to get back into P.E. I’ve tried it twice, but ultimately stopped due to either time constraints or what I thought were negative P.I’s(lig pop and overworking my unit with stretching). So I’ve decide to create a progress report so as to ensure that I am more consistent. Right now my stats are NBPEL 5.4~5.5,BPEL ~6.0, base E.G 4.6-7 and MID E.G ~4.3. I’m currently restarting the newbie routine(5 mins jelqing, 5 stretch, and kegels across the day), but I’m going a bit slow (especially with Jelqing).

I have two questions if anyone can answer:

1. For stretching do you have to be completely flaccid? Like there’s time where I have a bit of blood in my unit and then there’s a TRUE flaccid with completely no blood. Is it bad to do it with the former as that state occurs mostly due to my bad masturbation habits.

2. Should I be feeling minor discomfort while jelqing. When I jelq(particularly near the mid or end) I get a feeling of discomfort (not jolting pain). IS this natural for a newbie or am I overdoing it?

I forgot to post yesterday because it was Easter Sunday and I had some family over to entertain. Sunday was a rest day from Jelqing and Stretching, but I did do kegels and have a very long edging sessions (1-2 hours) that left me a bit sore.

P.I’s this morning was fine, still had morning wood despite late night edging. I’ve done 5 minutes of Jelqing before working out this morning and plan on doing 5 minutes of stretching once I get back from work. Although it’s been 2-3 hours since Jelq session, I have this sort of warm feeling near the glans of my unit; I’m not sure if this is good or bad, but there’s no pain so far, so we’ll see how it turns out tomorrow with P.I’s.

I’m still having issues with kegels though, the newbie exercise says to hold them for 5 seconds each, but I find it difficult to actually utilize my P.C muscle for more than a second or two.

Good luck on your journey. Stick with the Kegels and you will learn to control the different muscles and hold the squeezes longer. As for discomfort while jelqing - pain is usually bad and discomfort is usually okay. When I started jelqing there was discomfort from the pressure. Now I don’t notice it at all.

Yes, you want to be 100% flaccid. You want to avoid any injuries. I remember in the beginning, I would get a little erect but overtime it goes away. And overtime you will get to 5 seconds. I can hold longer than a minute if I try. Make sure you’re not holding your breath. Relax and breath.

In terms of Jelqing there’s still that discomfort, but there hasn’t been any negative P.Is like lack of morning wood, inability to obtain a high EQ, and red spots, therefor I think I’m doing alright on that end. I might have to end up trimming or shaving my groin as accidentally pulled hair follicles might be a factor in discomfort. For stretching its going to take some time to get used to and not get hard; I read in some other thread that your stretch should be somewhere around your BFSL , while not being super tight. Need to try that breath technique or try stretching after masturbation as a BFSL-like length won’t be possible ( or healthy for the unit) with a chub.

Today’s the same as usual:

5 min warmup in shower

5 min of jelqing

5 mins of stretching (with a little more focus on downward directions)

It’s been a little crazy over the last two days. I was hard-pressed to do any PE because of university, friends, and dates. I was only able to do some light stretching between bathroom breaks and some kegels. It’s a weird paradox(not sure if the right place to talk about it), I wasn’t a virgin, but had never received oral sex. Ran to all the bases, but had some problems on the way. One was definitely with EQ, like after the first(somewhat premature) ejaculation, I couldn’t maintain a high EQ even with some kegels. So I need to definitely go harder with kegels and maybe be a bit less nervous, either that or I blame it an alcohol.. Have slight amount of size anxiety due to poor EQ I had during oral( giving me a smaller look )and porn fucking with my head, so I’m going to give PE my 100% attention now!

Today’s been the same as usual besides the fact that I trimmed pubic area(which has definitely helped with some discomfort) :

Although I didn’t post yesterday, I did do my usual routine minus a bit of stretching. I felt like I went too hard the night before that without proper timing or warming up. Today I’m looking to increase the time of jelqing and stretching by a minute.

Today’s report will be:

6 min stretch

6 min jelq

Hey, today I’ve set a short term goal for myself, I want to increase at least half an inch in length and .25 in girth. Trying to stay realistic with ones ability to grow. With that in mind I’ve increased the time of my PE.

I’ve been focusing more on downward stretches as they seem to give more pressure on the ligs. Might need to read some threads on stretching to make sure I’m doing everything right. P.I’s have been good so far, only issue is when I masturbate way too many times in a day.

Thanks for the support Mike1111! Yesterday I did a little more stretching than usual (around 10-12) minutes as I was too concentrated on watching a video. Despite that, I had good P.I’s the next day (still had morning wood and no pain), so I may just increase the time to that today.

Regiment is looking like:

7 mins jelq

Good luck with your process ! I too am starting my PE process. I stand at about 6.3 inches erect length and would like to see my head hit 7 inches in the future while also adding some girth along the way. For now I like to stretch every direction in the shower everyday for roughly 6-7 minutes , with the warm water running on it to loosen me up. I then do kegels in bed. The problem I face is not getting an erection when jelqing. I use lube and usually end up getting into an erect state. Hopefully we can both make gains together! Good luck

Good luck on your journey too Benny. I find that stretching first, then jelqing makes it harder to get 100% erect. So I usually warmup, stretch, shower + jelq(so far its been dry jelq despite “water lubrication”).

Although I’ve been getting a little lazy on the logs, I have not been slacking off on P.E.

My stretching and jelqing times have increased to:

10 min stretch(mostly downward)

9 min jelq

Kegels whenever I remember -.-

I’m going to continue with 10ish minutes each unless I get bad P.E. Tomorrow morning.

Hey I’ve been taking a break from P.E due to a P:E related injury. It wasn’t that bad, but I felt like some irritation and “stretched out” feeling in my urethra. Sometimes during ejaculation it would feel very weird/ / sore. I think the cause of it was non-warmed up stretching so I’m going to make sure to warmup every stretch.

I was just reading your thread and noticed this. One guy on here said when he gets engorged while doing stretches he squats and this gets him completely flaccid to help with stretch.
