Newbie Progress report
So I’ve been lurking for quite a while now and have decided to get back into P.E. I’ve tried it twice, but ultimately stopped due to either time constraints or what I thought were negative P.I’s(lig pop and overworking my unit with stretching). So I’ve decide to create a progress report so as to ensure that I am more consistent. Right now my stats are NBPEL 5.4~5.5,BPEL ~6.0, base E.G 4.6-7 and MID E.G ~4.3. I’m currently restarting the newbie routine(5 mins jelqing, 5 stretch, and kegels across the day), but I’m going a bit slow (especially with Jelqing).
I have two questions if anyone can answer:
1. For stretching do you have to be completely flaccid? Like there’s time where I have a bit of blood in my unit and then there’s a TRUE flaccid with completely no blood. Is it bad to do it with the former as that state occurs mostly due to my bad masturbation habits.
2. Should I be feeling minor discomfort while jelqing. When I jelq(particularly near the mid or end) I get a feeling of discomfort (not jolting pain). IS this natural for a newbie or am I overdoing it?
