Newbie's attempt for an improvement
I have known PE for around a year, and did jelqing for about three months with a light routine, which included five minutes of stretching and around 120 jelqs every weekday. During that time my EQ raised quite a bit, (not that I had erection problems, but now I have harder erections). But that gain I got was minimal, since I measured like every other day and didn’t kept a record of how big I was, so I gave up for about two or three months. At this time my EL was about 5.9 inches and girth is 5.3 inches. ( About which, somehow my dick is fat, which would’ve been good, but it made it look short, not sure how to feel about this)
Now I’m roughly a month away from college, I decided to pick up on PE again so I at least do something productive during this time. A week ago I bought one month supply of Rexazyte, and three days ago I got a strecher, and started my current routine. I would try to log my progress and measure every week or so.
My current routine:
-Manuel stretching for 30 seconds for four directions
-Dry jelqing 40 times
-Wear extender for 2 hours (and do other stuff)
-Take off the extender and jelq for 40 times
-Rest 30 minutes.
-Repeat three times.
My current measurement:
Erection Length: 6.1 inches
Erection Girth: 5.5 inches
Flaccid Length: 4.5 inches
Flaccid Girth: 4.0 inches
Hope logging would help me in someway.
